Grande Vista Golf Club

This is only a 9 hole executive course. I'm from up north and never played the course before and I was looking at a course near the airport as we were trying to get in one more round before heading back home after being in town for 4 days. When I booked the course, it stated it was 18 holes. I had no idea that it was only 9 holes and if you want to make it 18, you can play it twice and play from different tees. It's false marketing as I would never have booked the course knowing it only 9 holes. Also, the 9 holes, there is no par 5's. The course is extremely short.

Glad I got out early. Cart path only, got around 18 in 2:20. Was able to play through a couple groups with older less experienced golfers. If I had got stuck behind would have been a lot longer.

Have to remember it’s a 9 hole executive resort course. Greens in great condition, fairways were wet from the overseeding,/watering in, but overall conditions were good.

Good for a family outing, more experienced players might be disappointed.

First time playing this course and over all I would say it’s not a very challenging course at all. Although the greens were in decent condition they were slow. Overall I would say if you want a stress free round of golf this is a nice course for the money.

Very mediocre for the price probably average for the area

Went to the course before tee time and noticed a US Kids event in progress. Went into pro shop and was able to reschedule for a couple of days later. Usually this is a good find and an enjoyable round. Today was not that day. We were lucky the pro shop staff worked with us to reschedule. The event was being played at a 5 to 6 hour pace.

We always play at Grande Vista when we travel to Orlando. When we have not played for a while it is a good course to get the golf muscles working again.

Went off as a single. First 9 holes was fine. Then they had a high school match directly in front of me starting on my 10th hole which they never told me about . The kids were all extreme beginners. Went in to get a rain check for the second 9 holes I had paid for and Brandon behind desk could not have cared less. Told me to deal with golfnow. No marshal on course , no starter, no water in coolers, and complete apathy from the pro shop attendant. Disappointing.

This course is always in tip-top shape will recommend it to anyone.

Great customer service

I didn't know it was a nine hole course, don't recall any info about that. The greens still had not recovered from aeration, which they didn't tell me about and I paid full price. Not happy about that.

All in all it was a nice course. Doubt I'd play it again.
