Good Par 3 Course
Really nice par 3 course. Unexpected but beneficial as you don't get to work on par 3 as often. Definitely a feeler course as it relates to clubs and distance to hole. Recommended with push cart!
Holiday Round
Short course was easy to walk. Tee boxes, fairways, greens and bunkers were in great shape. Round took longer than expected because a lot of folks were freed from work for Juneteenth holiday. Would play here again.
Beginners Only
This is a short par-three course (only 3 legit par-four holes. Pace of play is extremely slow. Lots of beginners on the course.
Not worth the money
For experienced golfers you can get a much better round for the same price (maybe even less) as what this place cost.
Play Fast
Nice course! Friendly staff! Pace of play is bad. Move it people , you are not on pga tour or LIV golf. Don’t spend more than a minute putting on the green!
Fun chip and putt course
Course was in great shape! A great place to work on your short game and even get a few drives in. Only downside was the pace of play. It was a snails pace to the point the 7th hole had 3 groups waiting at a time! The rest of the round moved very slowly there after. For an 18 hole course with 5800 yards it shouldn’t take 4 and a half hours to get through. Other than that the course was in excellent conditions, tee boxes could use a little work and of course there needs to be a Marshall to keep groups moving.
Challenging for an executive course, expensive for one too
It was a challenging course with tons of hazards to practice distance and accuracy. Narrow fairways, lots of debris and tall grass. If you get stuck in the rough, you’ll forever be stuck there, grass is super thick and long. We lost a ton of balls - it is super hard to find them either in the rough or any of the hazards. Lots of creeks - I’d say 80% of the holes have a creek somewhere on them. It is hard to use the driver for the par 4s because they’re mostly holes you’d want to lay up, so I got very little driver practice.
We didn’t realize when booking that it is an executive course, so all par 3s with four par 4s for the 18. (2 each 9). We bought a cart which was $40 for two of us without realizing it was executive, and I am pregnant so a regular 18 hole course is a lot to walk currently.
It does have some Portos on the course, which again I appreciate!
Well kept executive
I enjoyed my round, scored about my handicap but now knowing a couple details about the layout I'd be interested in going back to improve.
Good learner's course.
