Challenging
First time I played this course. It’s late November, course is in good shape. Course has a nice layout and makes you think out your shots. Will return.

Nice course layout, well worth playing. Play was a little slow as the course was busy.

Solid course in good condition
Very fair and playable course. Was in good condition with some wet spots. Fair and open. Have plsyed before and will play again.
Low season
Pretty ondulated greens. Plenty of tee boxes. Grass where you should be playing. Not a place to loose balls. Pretty generous overall. I will be back for sure.

Interesting Layout
The course has an interesting layout with challenging holes. I have not played there in a while & was disappointed in the course conditions. Many tee boxes were bare & there were a lot of sparse areas on the fairways. The greens were slow & did not roll like the practice green. Pace of play was very good as we played in 4 hr 10min. Overall, it was a pleasant golfing experience!

Great layout....
Great layout and design. Unfortunately the tee boxes and fairways were in poor condition. Not worth the money.

Not as Nice as it Used To be
I used to look forward to playing Sea Oaks despite the higher prices because the course conditions were so good. Not any more. The layout it still great but the course is not in good shape and definitely overpriced for the condition of tees and fairways in particular. Not sure whether they have had bad luck with weather or grass diseases or perhaps they are having financial struggles that limit their reinvestment in maintaining the course, but conditions have been disappointing now for at least two years. Hopefully things will improve soon.

Played from gold tees 6000 yds more then enough challenge moved well and course is in real good condition..Enjoyable day just a little to hot...
Nothing special
Course is in fair condition and layout is also fair. Nice clubhouse though

Good except for the greens
Familiar with the course and it always plays a little soft and slow but this round was unacceptable. Greens were in terrible shape. Slow and bumpy with burnout spots. Very frustrating. Not worth fee this time. Would not recommend until they improve the greens.

Nice course
This was a nice course for the GolfNow price of $50 I wouldn’t pay more. Overall the course was in good shape and the layout was challenging yet fair. The greens were a little slow and bunkers need sand. People should be reminded to fix ball marks on the greens.
