go play Tetherow intead

With resort courses, sometimes they let people on who have never played golf and it slows the whole round for everyone. I quit after a 3-hour front nine. The greens are beautiful and the course is in great shape but the design is kind of boring. Plus, the pace of play ruins it. There are much better courses for the money. Don't waste your time.

Absolutly Georgous!

This course is a must! So Beautiful and a ton of fun! Many challenging holes, in fact the hardest one I have ever had to play (15) but worth the challenge. I would pick this course over in Bend, make the drive it is only a few extra minutes and worth it!

A wonderful golf course in great condition.

This is a challenging golf course that is a delight to play. There is only one unfair hole which is a blind tee shot with a hidden stream straight away over the target line.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is one of those "must play" golf courses when in Central Oregon.

Awesome Course

This is by far the best course I've played this year. At $70.00 for the round, it is definitely worth the trip to Bend. The couse was dry and the greens were awesome.

Play it while you can

This private-turned-public course is amazing. Playing with a caddie is a treat. The course design is superb.
It is expensive, (don't forget to tip your caddie), but it is worth it, at least once. If the economy comes around, they'll probably close the course to public play.

A must play if in Central Oregon

Pronghorn has many exceptional features. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in pristine condition. Location of the tee shot is paramount here as there are many fairway bunkers and hazards waiting for that slightly errant shot. Par 5's are reachable, but offer challenges around the green to make you think seriously about the decision to go for it. Overall a great track. The clubhouse and restaurants are great, if not somewhat expensive.
