About
Wild Turkey Golf Club is one of New Jersey's top public courses. It is part of the Crystal Springs Resort, which offers six other courses including the popular Ballyowen and Crystal Springs golf courses. Wild Turkey combines characteristics from both. The layout has a unique design inspired by the interesting topography, which is most aptly described as "basin and ridge." The "basin" of the course is a wide-open expanse that offers plenty of room while the holes that play along the "ridge" of the golf course tumble across a variety of elevation changes. Due to the dramatic undulations of the terrain, it's a tough golf course to walk. Wild Turkey Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3 seventh. This tricky hole calls for a demanding carry over a quarry lake in order to reach the well protected green.

Golfer Reviews
SLOW PLAY . . .
Would be nice if we saw a ranger once in a while . . .
The course as always was nice however it always seems the pace of play is slow and sometimes even extra slow, the biggest issue here by far.
Did not eat. We did see the cart girl a few times.
We will be back.
Wild Turkey
Course was in pretty good condition after some rain couple hours before. Got a great deal on Golf Now. Golfers need to fix ball marks on soft greens, don’t understand why people can’t do this. Otherwise nice fairways and tee boxes. Beautiful setting.
Nice course except green
The course is nice, fairway well maintained, staff friendly.
But the green condition is below par at the beginning of May.
The course had a recent maintenance that made the green so bumpy.
The ball literally jump and slow down. Every putting is unpredictable.
It may get better over time but confirm with proshop before your booking.
Really expensive
The course is fine and enjoyable but boy is it overpriced now. I paid $110 in 2024 and it looks like the current rates are close to $200. I would never play here for anything over $120. It’s so far away in the middle of nowhere, that plus the high greens fee make this a pass going forward unless the prices come back to earth. There are so many other courses in jersey for less with equal quality golf if not better.
Sunny day but all of sudden chilly air
It was good time to come back this beautiful golf course.
It was beginning of the season, so greens were so slow and fairways were still golden grass was everywhere.
I still couldn’t believe they charged tremendous money for golfing but I had to share the golf cart with a person whom I met at the course.
I will better look other golf courses for reasonable price.
Even though I booked to pay less money on Tee off, but I don’t want to come back here alone.
After 9 holes it was heavy rain, I asked to get the rain check at the pro shop. They asked me to do on Web for rain check. Thankfully, Tee off gave me some credit for rain check.
Hopefully they cut down the golf fee in the future, so I am eager to come this course more often.
Happy New Year!
Finally able to get out after some late December snow. Thought for sure there would be a frost delay but it turned out fine. Sent out with another friendly golfer and we had a great time. Temps warmed up and we moved pretty quickly - finished in slightly under 4 hrs. Conditions were fine for late December. A bit wet on the course (cart path only) and the greens were fuzzy and slow - to be expected. Overall I had a great time.
Excellent course, do not walk
Made the mistake of using my trolley today. Never again. Holes are far too far apart and up/down lots of hills. You absolutely need a cart to get round here. Fantastic course and in great condition considering it’s the 3rd week of December.
