The addition of the new lodges is a brilliant touch. Located in a beautiful setting, they will appeal to visitors seeking a relaxing and convenient stay. This course has undergone a huge transformation and I recommend anyone to give it a try!

Very amenable staff, and friendly members willing to give tips on how to navigate this tricky but pleasurable course which on the day we played was in fabulous condition ( partly as there club championships that weekend )

Once again a brilliant round of golf at a lovely golf course, greens were true and fairways well kept

What a great day the course was in great condition as well as the green excellent condition there is some more work going on around the site but I would highly recommend this course and it’s great value for the money

Course was in great condition, back nine views are spectacular, I would recommend a buggy, value for money for sure, this course never disappoints.

5 ball holding up play was annoying and staff were not interested in resolving the matter

Course in great condition, lovely greens. Played through one pair early in round. Course fairly quiet , caught up a four-ball at the 17th having what seemed like a corporate day out. All very good.Will certainly play there again.

However. Certain golfers obviously think that the green staff don’t have enough work to do…..as they think it’s acceptable to discard their ciggy butts on nearly every tee box……wrong on every level…..have a word with yourselves….

Other than that. The course , the club house , the reception staff. Excellent Highly recommend

The only downside is the greens are as slow as a Labour politician. The course however is well worth playing and the food on offer at the clubhouse is fantastic

Enjoyable course, the back nine is better than the front nine.

Was difficult for first time players of the course, quite hilly, so not for the less mobile players.

The first time I have played the course for about 20 years. I was very impressed - a challenging and well maintained course at a very reasonable green fee.

The back 9 is very hilly and a buggy is probably advisable.

An Australian traveler here. Excellent connection. Greens were a challenge. Very different from our short grass rock hard greens. These were lush and true. Incredible views and very challenging for the first time. Never quite sure what club to use.

This is the second time I have played here and it was somehow better than the first. Buggies are a good investment given some of the hills but this is a great course.

Challenging holes and amazing views, really enjoyed the second time here and will certainly be back in the future.

3 of us played this course, brilliant condition, well looked after. Great scenic views. Quite difficult but enjoyable. The only downside was the price of snacks and a beer. £6 for a pint was disappointing. Will definitely return soon
