Encouraging
The course was using temporary tees which was unfortunate but the number of temporary greens was disappointing.
A really nice course, challenging for all levels, definitely worth a visit but more consideration needs to be given to the information given to the golfer. Gtpreat course though!

Course could be better
I thought the recent warm dry weather would have meant the Old course would be in perfect condition but alas not, lots of bare mud lies, lots of tree leaves meant hunting for balls. The staff were first class though from catering to Pro shop

Winter golf
Played the course today and overall, a very enjoyable experience. A few temp greens and tees but it wasn't too bad. Probably a bit pricey (£25) for the number of temps and those greens that were on weren't top notch.
However, it's a great track and always enjoyable. Will definitely return. Recommended.
