About
Dunedin Golf Club was carved out of citrus groves and was the PGA National Golf Course until 1962. The golf course itself is delightful. From elevation changes to a river that bisects the course, you can just feel the aura of the great golfers who have played here. Bobby Jones, Gene Saraze, Ben Hogan, Sam Snead, Byron Nelson, Paul Runyan to name a few have participated in tournaments here. Dunedin Country Club is located in Dunedin, minutes from the beaches, many restaurants and several top hotel options. Dunedin Golf Club is a Donald Ross creation.

Great time
This course was in very good condition, pace of play was excellent. Met Bob and Paul for this first time and we had an absolute blast. The clubhouse was in remodel I’m guessing as they had a temporary one set up. But the people were excellent and nice. Will play again. You should definitely check this place out. Plenty of tees to choose from.
Donald Ross Course to add to your collection
Dunedin sports a classic Donald Ross design -- not flashy, but well thought out and challenging. Grass in fairways is tight, greens run fast, and glad to see the return of rakes in sand traps. As a two ball, we did wait around more than I would have liked.

Haven't played there in years... but it's a great layout.
A place where Babe Ruth used to play. It was an enjoyable day... except my wife beat me by over a dozen strokes. (I'm used to that--too many birthdays!)
Awesome Track!
Great time walking this original Donald Ross course in the Tampa area. Worth the drive from St. Pete Beach. Highly recommend and will be back!
Dunedin review
A really fun course to play. Course was a little rough around the edges but the greens were true and bare spots were at a minimum. If you like Donald Ross designed courses and don’t want to pay a ton of money, I’d highly recommend.
Fun course
Great layout with a lot of green side bunkers. Sand was soft and fluffy. Only downgrade was that quite a few greens had a bunch of kill. I was worried about the pace of play, but it ended up being perfect! Will definitely be back
well maintained layout
Love this course as the length makes it challenging for us seniors. The fairways are wide enough for drives to stay in fairway,.
Need a Ranger
Had a group of 5 in front of us that obviously didn't know golf etiquette. Otherwise a nice course at a very reasonable rate.
Good local course
Good course challenging but still friendly able to get around with one ball overall enjoyed it would recommend it to others
