Coollattin Golf Club

We paid the full asking price as per golf now ,we arrived and got ready to hit the course and we were informed it was only 13 hole golf ,we paid for 18 ,no refund or anything was offered as a bit of compensation or apologise for the inconvenience, won't be going back again

Arrived at the course after driving for 90 minutes to be told we could only play 13 holes. This was not marked up on GN. Had to walk the length of those holes that were closed so course management was not well thought. Some holes were very wet under foot. Bit disappointing. Would expect it to be a nice course in the summer but won't be back to see.

We were staying close by for the weekend and had booked Coollattin to get a round of golf in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Course was damp after some heavy rain during the week but greens were in fantastic shape. We were a two ball and caught up with a 4 ball by the 7th hole and they were politely let us through without fuss.

Stand out holes are the walled par 3 and the short par 5 on the back 9.

Would love to play again in peak summer months.

Fantastic course. fairways and greens very well kept. Staff and members friendly. Overall a really nice golf course in beautiful surroundings and well worth a visit.

Love this course, weather was great. Think the club is between caterers which is a pity...even a scone would have been very welcome.... but that wouldn't stop me playing it again.

Beautiful course, a bit of a different lay out than I played a few year back. I think it is because the house on the course sold. Great course just the GPS does not match hole by hole. By satellite, needs to be updated. Highly recommend this course

The walled garden par 3 is unique and worth the the green fees alone. It's a beautiful hidden gem. My only critique would be the consistency of the greens. Some are quite patchy but it wouldn't take away from my recommendation.

Staff friendly. The course is fine - conditions decent, some nice interesting holes. Greens were hollow tined which made it difficult, but you expect it this time of year.

The major downside is that there was 8-9 dead crows hanging from trees on several holes! I understand some farmers might use this to discourage crows damaging crops (protecting their living) but this just seems completely unnecessarily cruel to do on a golf course.

Really enjoyed the open fairways, it was a beautiful course. Must play again when all the rhododendrons and azaleas are out, would say it’s spectacular.
