Eagles Crossing Golf Course

This is one of my favorite public courses in Central PA, and this most recent round reminded me the many reasons why. The layout is really great and a nice mix of flat, elevation, trees, water hazards, hills, traps, etc. - not a one-dimensional course for sure. Also, in mid-October the course was in excellent shape (greens aerated, but still playable). Staff is friendly. This is a players course - through and through. Will be back soon!

Owners have been putting effort into this course. Tee boxes are slightly improved but the fairways and off fairways were almost lush. Grass and lots of it and no weeds. It is a shame your average public course player can't fix their ball marks or the greens could have been fantastic.

Great course. The greens are very dificult. The ball rolls out on every green and that takes the fun of the game. Will come back if I hear that the greens were made more friendly.

Played on Tuesday with my golf group & then again on Thursday with my Son-in-law law. Really like this course. One of my favorites.

The course is short, even from the back tees. The tee areas were in pretty poor condition, the grass was spotty and shaggy on most. The fairway conditions were average at best. The greens are small and sloped with a lot of rough areas.

The layout is kind of gimmicky, with some narrow areas and blind dog legs.

Not a terrible course, but certainly not a top tier course you would travel to play.

I play this course a few times each year, but get frustrated with the undulating greens. Very few greens have level areas and this round had the most challenging pin placements that I can remember! I consider myself an above average putter, but each round I’m 9-10 putts higher than my average round of 30

Course was in very good condition. Course layout very nice and interesting. Views were beautiful. Would definitely play again.

Course was in much better shape than last year. This course requires excellent iron play or great short game to position the ball on the green or you can three putt very easily, do to the undulations on the greens

Fairways are in good shape the green super fast hilly it was fun and challenging course. Will return

The weather was perfect for our late morning round. The course was in good condition. The greens are quite challenging, as there are not many level putts. There were water coolers on the course for the golfers, which is greatly appreciated. Overall an enjoyable round.

Outstanding course, very friendly staff, nice clubhouse, cart ran up the hills fine!!!!! Scored a hot deal, and got on for only $20 per player!!!! The roll on the greens did me in!!!!!

Nice course Had lot of rain days before cart path only a couple holes but all in all good shape greens fast

Challenging but still able to score well. Greens are quick and tiered so be wise with club selection. Fairways in really good shape. Overall a good time but will make you work to score well

This is a fun course with a lot of character. Not sure what’s up with the invasive weed-like patches and/or bare spots on a handful of the fairways, but the value, views, and course layout outweigh the inconvenience.
