Dandelion Field
Looked forward to our round at Mount Juliet but we’re quite disappointed. Course was pretty severely covered with dandelions with the rough being somewhat overgrown. Course was almost empty at our afternoon tee time which was enjoyable allowing us to play at a great pace which was likely the highlight. The most disappointing issue was the layout. Holes 2 & 3 were both fun to play and interesting in their design around the ponds. Unfortunately only a few other holes were interesting in their features. The course is somewhat boring to play and has limited features to warrant more than a municipal course level of interest. Unfortunate.
Fairways very wet
I have played Mount Juliet maybe 10 times...always found it in excellent condition and challenging.
Played on Wednesday - we and another Gent were the only people on the course.
Can understand that a number of holes were out of play - started on 8th.
Course very soft, fairways very wet - some areas saturated.
Surprise Course was open . so it did not live up to my expectations - the fact I got a reduced Tariff via Golf Now did not compensate.. No run on ball - was not like a normal game of golf where you can enjoy good strikes - Ger
MJ Review
Wonderful friendly helpful and funny staff world class top resort and golf course great restaurant and facilities
Enjoyed the course
We played two days in a row - both days took in excessive of 4 1/2 hours - we walked but many in buggies other than slow play the course was great!
MT Juliet
MT Juliet is one of the best parklands golf course in Ireland wonderful staff great facilities and superb food very well priced for a 5 StarHotel Course and Restaurant.
Thanks Paul.
Unreal
This course was something special to play on unbelievable really enjoyed it except the defeat we had on the last hole by one shot but overall amazing course
Crushed me
This is a beautiful course. The distance is real with the wind and even fair. Greens are fast and readable. Do yourself a favor and play this course. My score that day was high but it wasn't the courses fault.
Stunning
Love playing this place , with the amount of rain that fell it was in amazing condition. I try play here whenever I can it’s simply stunning and a special place.
Excellent
Unfortunately frost delayed our start time and our two ball was held up between 2 fourballs after we got to tee off 30 minutes late this ment we only got as far as 16 and had to come in,would love to come back and play the full 18 again before the open as I have purchased a ticket for that in July aswell. Course was immaculate and greens were of championship quality have already recommended it to friends
Top Course in Ireland
Best inland course and should be the best overall course in Ireland top condition great staff wonderful practice grounds and beautiful greens.
Thanks Paul Mullane.
