Really fun course with super views

Played Palmer and Gambler.

Overall the course was in great condition, greens on Palmer were seeded with a different grass a year ago and are pretty much perfect.

Gambler greens were very firm and super fast but still very good.

Great views all around, comfortable carts.

Overall, excellent value for money.

Beautiful setting, fun course

Fun course. New greens very firm and a little bare. Very unresponsive to approach shots, mostly slower with putts. Offer to play all three nines for price of 18 hole reservation did not materialize because one nine had a group event.

Challenging golf. Aesthetically Beautiful

This was the most expensive golf I’ve ever played…and I’d play it again. We played the Pioneer/Palmer courses and both were sometimes quite challenging. We were told to add 10 strokes to our average scores and that was about right. If you’re not straight, you WILL struggle. There are some blind tee shots and get ready to account for wind that you can’t feel because of the surrounding mountains if you hit high, arcing shots.

Fantastic range and putting surfaces also. Staff was very friendly.
