Worth the Drive
Played Inverness golf course. I find it to be a fun place to play. Make sure to keep in as close to the fairway as possible. Some of the rough can be weedy. Greens were hard and kinda quick IMO. Rolled real good. Will definitely head back there and play again.

Other all pretty bad
I have been coming here for years and have never been treated in such a manner because of members! Being harassed by the ranger for 3 holes straight because members didn't have the gull to ask if they could play through when we're teaching new golfers the game. Have been spending money and time here for a long time never again. I would rather spend my money at twisted oaks or citrus springs where every one is treated with respect not just members.

Good course!
First time playing here. Staff was friendly. Course conditions were very good. Wide soft fairways with very few weeds. Greens were in good shape and fast. Cost to play was great considering how nice the course is. Much better condition than most courses within 20 miles. I’ll definitely play here more often.

Rude staff
Check in was bad, he was very overwhelmed with 3 customers, was better when his husband helped him. Course has nice layout. Fairways littered with weeds, traps are weeded and rock hard. Greens are rough. Fun day overall. Special thanks for helping guy helping his husband in Check in

I reviewed before on Google and wasn't a fare review. I was aggravated with several times not being able to play when showing up in early afternoon. But I can see why it's difficult to get a tee time here. The course is in great condition and best condition in Inverness, I would have to say. Highly recommended to get out and try this course it's a lot of fun.
