Golf Club of Dublin
About
Although the climate gives away the location, the Golf Club of Dublin is a more authentic interpretation of the traditional links of its Irish namesake than most other replicas you'll find. The flat terrain, which was formerly a cornfield, was transformed into an enjoyable linksland layout covered with tall, sweeping heather and hundreds of yards of hand-stacked stone walls. The gently rolling fairways are generous and the classic, square-shaped greens are enormous and fast. In keeping with a true links golf course, there are nearly 80 steep, sod-walled bunkers waiting treacherously by the fairways and greensides to swallow up errant shots. Depending on the sun, the shadows cast over the bunkers can play tricks on your eyes, making them appear deceptively deeper or shallower. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes at the Golf Club of Dublin.

Good but could be great!
Pace a little slow. 4:20. Course publicizes 4:15. Course was very wet in places even though we’ve only recd minimal rain over last two weeks. Good that course is very green but it’s saturated in some places. A little less watering and a quicker pace of play would make this course best in the area.
Nice Course - Great Golf Now Hot Deal - A Bit pushy on Pace of Play - Relax
Great course - a bit wet but I am sure they have been heavily watering then got some rain. Only issue was they sent a “pace of play” message on the 13th then had the Marshall, who we had talked to 3 times previously, come ask us to pick up the pace on the 15th. We were playing the course for the first time with 2 men & 2 ladies. We finished in 4.5 hours. The group behind us never waited to hit a shot and weren’t pressing us. Play overall was light so no reason t stress our round. Recommend they rely on situational awareness and the Marshall should assess whether play is being hampered. Did let it ruin our day but had the potential to do so.
Great Place!!
The course was in great shape! Everyone for the most part was friendly! Got paired up with three other locals since I was a single, and they were great.
Only issues were the starter and a Marshall. The starter wasn’t very friendly and I wasn’t informed I was paired up with anyone until I was about to tee off. Other issue was a Marshall giving us a slow play warning on our second shot on 14. No one was ever on a tee box behind us, and according to our cart GPS we were only 2 minutes off pace of play. I waited on 18 and the group behind us was 11 minutes back.
Great Links course
Nice course. Due to the weather this year it was dry and the ball would roll more than typical. However, given how dry and hot this summer has been the course played reallly well. Will return.
Top notch
Always love Dublin Golf Club. Pace of play was a tad slow, but otherwise a great experience on a great course.
Underwhelming compared to expectations
First time playing this course and was looking forward to doing so. Price was a great deal - but a great deal for a reason. Greens had just been aerated and fairways were almost unplayable due to the water system. Just would have like to have known the conditions before coming out. Looking forward to an amazing layout of a course next time under the right conditions.
Great Track
Loved this links style layout. Would love to play again someday. Great design, unique features, pure fairways, friendly starters, and gettable par 5s. Awesome. Only complaint is there was no notice when I booked my round that the greens were aerated two days beforehand. The grounds crew did a great job of sanding to make it as smooth as possible, but...they were aerated greens. The golf staff informed me when I checked in. Had I known, I would have either booked a different course, OR not have been so surprised when I got here. Overall, four stars. Will be five when greens heal.
Great course
Awesome course with the hot deal, couldn’t pass it up
First time visitor from Dallas
Tremendous course for the money. Course was immaculate. Greens fast and true. Fairways absolutely excellent. Seemed like heaven compared for what we pay for bad grass in the South, ( unless fabulously wealthy).
Best Public Course in Columbus Area
Great course in pristine condition with many gettable holes. Unfortunately, had to play during gale force winds, but well worth the price. Second time playing and seems to be one or two staff members who were born pist so guessing they don’t get free golf lol add this place to your list!
Excellent Public Course
What a treat this course is!!! Didn't know exactly what to expext but was pleasantly surprised.
Great Layout
Nice wide fairways with trouble in the correct places
Amazing rough that made you work for your par
Solid greens with lots of fun pin placements
Amazing value!!!
I would play here again and again!
Tee boxes are Terrible
Have played this course when it's a 5 star. It is nowhere close to that now. Tee boxes are in real bad shape. Had to move my ball on a few greens to avoid burnout spots. Not worth the $90 they are charging.
Great as ever
Course is in unbelievably great shape. Haven’t played it since they finished the improvements. The layout is better than ever IMO.
