Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Kissimmee Golf Club provides a pleasant escape for tourists looking for an affordable round of golf. Although it is situated near several tourist attractions, the golf course is also a favorite among local golfers. The course dates back to the early 1940's, but 18 holes were officially established in 1962 and since then, the tees and greens have been updated to provide better putting surfaces and more challenges. In addition to the golf course, Kissimmee Golf Club offers practice facilities for golfers to use, including one of the largest grass driving ranges in the country.

Great value for money course
Course in fairly good condition, greens in very good condition with a bit more grass needed on the fairways to make for better lies. Great setting and staff very helpful and friendly.
cow pasture
This is the second time playing the course, just as bad the second time, never again.
Jim from Kentucky
Was paired with three gentlemen from Canada. Had a great time. Price was reasonable and course was in good shape. I plan to play there again. Saw lots of birds and a few gators out sunning. Had a great time!
Enjoyable
Play was heavy which we found at most courses that we played. Waited on every tee but still played 18 in 4 1/2 hrs. Tees and greens were good but fairways need work. Layout was challenging. This course is right next to Kissimmee airport which can be distracting but fun.
Interesting planes...
Situated around a busy small airport, this course is pretty basic.
Course conditions are playable but far from great, layout quirky but ok.
If price were around $20 to $25 it would be perhaps ok, but absolutely not the $40 we paid plus tax!
Clearly not a lot goes into maintenance and upkeep here.
Planes fly over one par 3 so low as they land that they are at risk of getting hit by a high teeball!
Noisy
This course sits beside a small very busy airport and a firearms shooting and training area. Noisiest golf course we ever played. Fairways need a lot of weed spray control. Not a very attractive course. Will not go again.
Played from the Senior Tees. Course was challenging enough but not overly difficult. Tee boxes could have been flatter, more level. Staff was friendly enough but no one in the bar when we finished. Took a couple minutes for someone to come in and assist us. Overall good experience. Would recommend for others.
I would stay away
This course only claim to fame is the airfield it surrounds. Tee boxes, fairways an greens are in bad condition and pace of play was awful. Unless you get a super hot deal stay away.
So - So
The course is just OK. The layout is not very challenging with minimal doglegs or grade changes. There were good sized crab grass patches in some fairways. The greens were in pretty good shape. Water hazards were not a big problem, except where lateral water hazards were not marked, causing a surprise when you got to your drive - or where it should have been… On a sour note, the starter allowed a twosome to start the back nine right in front of us, causing a 5-10 minute delay on each hole on the second nine, yet there were two to three holes open behind us.
Great value for the price.
Course was in good shape. Play for the day was sparse; so, I played as a single with no hold-ups.
good value in Kissimmee
Neat course......greens are in good condition...fairways only average. Very interesting layout....some tricky short holes ,some wide open longer holes . Par 3's are 150 to 189 yds. and tough. Simply put, we greatly enjoyed the weather, the course and the airplanes.
Great pace of play
Wife & I played this course on a trip. Since we live in Myrtle Beach, we of course have multiple courses to compare. This course had an unusual layout surrounding the Kissimmee Regional Airport. Front nine on one side of runway, back nine on the other. We weren't bothered by the multitude of planes taking off, most of them small. Fairways and rough were both friendly, but found the greens to be a little too slow. It may have to do with them just aerating them a week back. Some water hazards (lost a few balls there) and sand. Overall, a good course for the money.
Great for anyone into Aircraft
Nice open course, some tight fairways, with water hazards coming into play.
Aircraft activity and close proxmity to an active runway, can be off putting, but if you have any interest in aviation, you get extremely close on some of the holes.
Parking the car a staff member pulled up with a golf cart, and loaded my clubs onto the back, nice touch.
Also great value for money
Staff were very friendly.
You must be reviewing a different course. The Oaks National has plenty of water and is not an easy course.
