The Preserve Golf Club

The golf course was in horrible condition. I don't believe I have ever played a golf course that was in worse condition. While the layout was interesting, the course condition made it difficult to enjoy. The fact that it cost $179.00 to play made it worse. One of our golfers couldn't make it so I actually paid an extra round. This won't make me not use Golf Now in the future it will make me think twice before I book a course I haven't played.

Once, this course was a favourite; however, this Fall and Winter, it is in very poor shape. The tee boxes and greens are just plain old sad looking and using.

While there are plenty of snowbirds to have a one and done usage and survive, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t make an effort to take care of what was a lovely course. Hope they change their strategy or develop it.

The abundance of cool, cloudy weather and over abundance of rain has rendered the course almost unplayable. Even the staff apologized on the condition. The layout is very challenging until you become used to the demanding shot placement is what makes it one of my favorites. Please keep playing it so they will have the funds to make the necessary repairs.

Worse course conditions I seen since I been coming to Florida to play golf.

Avoid course for at least a year awful condition just dreadful and is not in sync with GolfNow . Layout of course is great so was pace of play.

A few greens looked like they weren’t mowed in a couple of days… simple maintenance things that were clearly overlooked. Lazy grounds staff.

but the course is very badly maintained - it's a great pity!

Greens were horrible. Tee boxes are bad. Fairways are marginal.

Very good layout. Need to make shots, not distance. Layout allows for a average golfer to play well if you hit the shot.

The condition was very bad. Greens on some holes unplayable to put.

This course could be a true gem if it was in even adequate condition. Tee boxes a mess.

Overall for the money , I would play it again.but could use some care.

The course is not even the worth the fee we paid ($35)! The condition of this course is just not acceptable. The Tee boxes were worse than bad and the green not quiet better. One green don't even had a flag stick (see picture). It's embarrassing, to leave a golf course in such a crappy condition.

The only positive point is the Clubhouse, it is very nice and the Restaurant too.

Nevertheless, I do not recommend this course at all! It's not worth to get there!

I found this course very interesting. It was beautiful in some places, terribly bad in some areas, but I liked the course. It was difficult as a 1st timer but after playing it I wanted to start over and try it again. I struggled to rate the price to quality after playing a number of courses. I think this course has the most potential if they can get the rough areas refreshed.

We played this occasionally over the last few years, but each year go back in hopes that it couldn’t get worse. But, it has, the greens are AWFUL but the rest of the course has remained constant (3 stars) over all that time. It’s a shame to waste what is otherwise an interesting layout.

Yesterday was embarrassing

A 5 hour round playing on a cow pasture

I should hv known considering the condition of the practice green

The tee boxes haven’t been touched for years

Some of the fairways were decent

The greens were atrocious

Why was it packed?

Because it was the cheapest green fees in both counties

It’s been 2 years since I played there and will probably be 2 years before I return

The have let the course go. Terrible tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Do not waste your money.
