The Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, centrally located on McMullen Booth Road a comparably short course, offering just 5,454 yards from the blue tees and a slope rating of 118. Most of the fairways are wide, making errant shots still playable. In essence, it is the ideal place to work on your golf game, to correct that nasty slice or learn to hit that oversized driver without fear of losing 100 balls. As a result, it is a favorite among novice golfers who want to be challenged but also have an enjoyable round.

Tricky and tight
First time playing. Great price. Course is tricky and requires accuracy off the tee with proper club selection. Greens are fast and in great shape. Excellent value for the price. Good to see the support for kids.
Inexpensive golf for a great cause
Course was in good condition, greens actually were pretty good. Golfed with a great couple, made the afternoon very pleasant. Not many hazards. Cheap and supporting kids golf development 🏌️♀️👍

Enjoyed the course layout and the challenges. The course was in great shape and the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to play there again.

The course is shorter than expected but in good condition
Top Notch
Two things: the driving range is accros a large, multilane highway, they should let you know that early in the course description so you can go there first if you want; and, there is no clubhouse perse. Just a big proshop with refreshments, adequate.
Having said that, this was a fantastic experience in every other way.
The staff were friendly and helpful, brand new golf carts (maybe the best fleet carts I've ever been in), and the course was incredible. Lots of varied layouts and hazards, great natural environment. Thoroughly enjoyable. If I'm back in this area again I will certainly be back.
Course a little crowded bot ok.
Everything was fine. Greens were a little bumpy( ovrrnite rain) but more receptive.
Partial Review
This is a partial review bc we were rained out before the end of the front 9.
We arrived with time to go to the range before our round, only to find that the range was on the other side of the highway and we would have to load up the vehicle again to go over there. So, we didn't have time. The only blemish.
The staff were excellent, helpful and efficient. The course is beautiful and in great shape. Pace of play was good.
Overall a great value, will update the review when we return for our rain check.

The pace of play was extremely slow. There was a fivesome in front of us with each player playing multiple shots! No ranger in sight. We quit after 11 holes because it was so slow. Told the people in the pro shop and we were told we should have called them sooner. The play needs to be policed!
Great spot
Perfect for any golfer, shorter course (par 69). Great conditions, wonderful staff. Great value.
