Great coarse to hone your skills. Greens running fast and true. Fairways and Tees in good shape

The course was obviously overbooked. We had to start a half hour late due to it being backed up and we were literally waiting to hit on all 18 holes. It just doesn’t make for a good experience. The course was in good shape but you just cannot get into any kind of rhythm when you have to wait so long between shots. It was a disappointing day.

I have played Chi Chi’s a number of times. Today, after a torrential rain storm last night, the course was in very good condition. Green speed were good fairways well groomed and the pace of play was great. Always fun to play here.

This is a great course if you just want to go and fun! it wont challenge any part of your game, it is open and not long!

You might be waiting on the tees, but is to be expected, so just relax have fun.

Your driver might not come out at all, you can play it with just a hubrid or long Iron.

Its a good place to work on your iron and approach play.

Friendly and helpful staff. Course in great shape. Survived the rain from Debby very well. Greens are firm and roll well.

Not an easy course by no means. Course was very wet in a few spots but overall in good condition. Will be returning to play again.

Need a more active ranger. For the third time in 2 weeks I was playing as a single and got behind a 4-some (coincidentally at hole 8/9 each time) that would not offer to let me play through. I would note there was no group in front of them. I had other golfers catch up to me because of the backup and slow play and they all commented about them not letting me play through. I finally did see a ranger on 16 and he stopped and looked at what was happening and then just drove off. I'll keep coming back, but this is a pattern management should be aware of and try to manage.

Great value, fantastic pace (got done in 3 hours with a hotdog stop at the turn), course conditions were really well maintained. Can’t beat this for a summer round.

When we played the greens looked like they’ve been aerated cut too low clay green on top of that and it felt like asphalt and the ball didn’t have a great line. It would go off course. It would’ve been a better value had I’ve been able to also use my GolfNow passes to bring the value down appropriately. The Pro shop could use an update and for being such a hot time of year more water coolers would’ve helped and no service was provided either

I am sure there are much better courses in the area but this one was fun. Short but fun. Greens were in rough shape. Very bumpy from being plugged. Seems like a little work on them and they could have been much better.

Don’t book Before 12 unless you want to be waiting At each tee box for two sets of groups to play every hole… It’s an old timer course because it’s in Clearwater. Beautiful place extremely extremely slow pace if yourself 5 hiurs for 18 if you book around 9:30 am
