The Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, centrally located on McMullen Booth Road a comparably short course, offering just 5,454 yards from the blue tees and a slope rating of 118. Most of the fairways are wide, making errant shots still playable. In essence, it is the ideal place to work on your golf game, to correct that nasty slice or learn to hit that oversized driver without fear of losing 100 balls. As a result, it is a favorite among novice golfers who want to be challenged but also have an enjoyable round.

Irrigation Problem
Sprinklers on the 14th hole were on called Pro Shop nothing they could do. Had to play around it.
Great golf
The only bad thing is on the 14 hole the sprinklers were on so we had to drive our balls right into them, didn’t turn off fir at least 15 minutes.
For New Years Day Great
The course was busy but moved steady. Able to finish in about 4 hours. Greens are good and fast.
Disappointing round of golf
Disappointing round of golf. The teetimes were backed up and I played 15 minutes later than I was scheduled to play. Play was slow and I didn’t see any marshals on the course to fix this problem.The tea boxes we’re run down and not much sand in the sand trap. I did enjoy the hotdogs however!
Tee times backed up
We had a 12:00 tee time when we got yo the 1st tee there were 4 groups ahead of us the round took us close to 5 hours to finish!! Pace of play very slow there was no ranger on the course and also no cart person for drinks!!
Best value around!
The course is fun, not too difficult. The greens are in good condition. Love the way they made the holes safer during covid! The only issue is sometimes the slow play. Always seems to back up by the back nine. The golf carts are new and very quiet!
Still a good place to play
New carts and course is fairly good shape. Takes about 4.5 hours to complete with tee time around 12:45. Sunset 5:35.
Greens Much Improved !
The greens were never bad here to begin with but now they have new ones and they are FAST ! Very good challenge and the layout has always been overall good here. Still one of my favorite places to play in the tampa bay area
Spread out your tee times please
Great course, but 5 minutes between tee times makes me want to go somewhere else.

The course was probably the best overall out of 10 courses I have played here in Florida from t to green very good
