Lakes/River Golf Course Cocoa Beach Country Club

Played the course twice recently and it is always busy. Driving range and putting area are nice. Only complaint was the lack of grass and overall condition of the tee boxes and fairway. Course drained well after the rain but grass is very sparse. Greens were okay but not consistent

Cocoa Beach is a good challenge on a windy day! Three 9 hole courses make for interesting play. The river course can get pretty windy which makes it difficult to enjoy the scenery when your looking for your ball. Conditions are average, but some great golfing holes. I would recommend in spite of the troll in the starters shed!

This is a fun course to play and it has gorgeous views of the river

I loved I. Reminded me of classic Florida courses . Windy, which I like and great greens. Wonderful views. I'll be back.

Liked it because it really felt like it Florida course. Windy , but that's how an ocean course should be.

The greens were in great shape, but the rest of the course was in good to fair shape.

I have played this course 20 plus times over the years of my visiting Cocoa Beach. This was by far the worst condition I have EVER seen . Tee boxes were awful. Hardly no level areas ball was either above or below your feet. Fairways had very little if no grass at all. Hard as a rock. I will not be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone..AWFUL

The course needs some work. Hopefully rain/watering will help. The greens are in very good shape/fast. Fairways a a little green but very tight lie. If off the fairway sparse grass. Tee boxes a lot of exposed sand. Course very busy with play. Hopefully if rain starts coming it will all green up and grow
