Good Day!
Good day to be out on the river and daulphin courses at the cocoa beach country club , had a hot deal from golf now and was paired with 3 other golfer and we had a great afternoon golfing in the beautiful sunshine and nature. Love the people that work there and will come back as soon as I can!
There was two people playing with one set of clubs. I’m surprised that this was allowed, and no one even noticed.
Cocoa beach CC
Loved the course, lt was in great shape and the greens were very smooth. The staff were good except for the woman in the pro shop who was not friendly at all. I would play again just not hang around the pro shop at all.
Smoothest greens around
Played Dolphin/Lakes and both were in pretty good shape. The tee boxes and fairways had a few rough spots, but it didn’t affect play. The greens aren’t real fast but they are sooooo smooth. The ball rolls true every time. Not much break on the Lakes course so you just have to factor that in to your putts. Always a fun day and there was virtually no wind today, a real different feel for this course. Will definitely return.
Good Conditions, Bring Your Patience
The course is in.pretty good condition. The new carts are nice, a big improvement over the old worn-out ones. The front nine was painfully slow - please get a ranger out there to speed up the tortoises playing their one round for the year. It was awful!
How do they charge this much for this course
Best thing...greens were in good shape. Otherwise poor conditions and very municipal course layout.

Decent course with decent conditions. Will be back often
Fun track great price friendly folks
Got a super good deal on golf pass and decided to try out a new course. Coming ftom playing both hammock beaches deluxe courses had low expectations but was very fun. Had breakfast in clubhouse and were early for tee time and starter got us out early and we finished round in 3.5 hours even with waiting on a few holes. Staff very friendly. Course sun. Did river snd dolphin courses.
Honorable and Friendly Expirience.
I played here the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We arrived at 0700 with a tee time of 0737. It was just my dad and I. The starter allowed us to go off a little earlier to get in front of a threesome and two foursomes. This was amazing since we played 18 in about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The threesome was on 9 when we made it to 15.
Overall the course was a very easy and friendly layout. What you saw is what you got. It was in great shape and the greens, even with a lot of traffic, rolled at a consistent 9 and didn’t undulate a whole lot, even if it looked it. It was a fairly straight forward and fun course for all handicaps. It’s fairly short, so there are some great Eagle and birdie looks.
The real kicker though that made my experience was what happened after the round. I left my V5 range finder on the cart and did not realize it until I returned home in GA the following day. I thought for sure some lucky lad would find and keep it, but it was turned in to the staff. I called and they had it available for pickup and my dad had it 20 minutes later to me in the mail. Someone could have easily taken a $300 range finder, but chose to do the right thing.
Overall this was a very fun and friendly course. You can’t beat the price of what you get for $37. I will absolutely be back again when I come back to Cocoa Beach!!
