BRUTAL
I have played this course 20 plus times over the years of my visiting Cocoa Beach. This was by far the worst condition I have EVER seen . Tee boxes were awful. Hardly no level areas ball was either above or below your feet. Fairways had very little if no grass at all. Hard as a rock. I will not be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone..AWFUL
Needs tlc
The course needs some work. Hopefully rain/watering will help. The greens are in very good shape/fast. Fairways a a little green but very tight lie. If off the fairway sparse grass. Tee boxes a lot of exposed sand. Course very busy with play. Hopefully if rain starts coming it will all green up and grow
great fun
I had a good time with great weather -with friendly people to round out the 4some- . It was a little crowded so the pace was + 20 but the weather and great courses(27 holes) off the river-solid greens and great speed! I had a great time from the start as the gentleman in the Pro-shop was very friendly and was very nice for how busy he was~! along with the starter having us in and out with the D/L on my receipt (Daulphin-Lakes- 18) we were off to a great time! Thank You All at the Cocoa Beach Country Club! I will be back!
Course conditions less than average
First off, this course is overbooked causing "wait" times of 4 to 5 minutes on every hole. Tee box and fairway conditions are mediocre at best. Finally the greens are poor as they're littered with sprigs of grass/weed growth. We have played this course for the past several years in our stays in Cocoa Beach over the last several years. Have always thought that they were a bit overpriced but conditions and pace of play seem to worsen every year. Maybe because it's the winter season, but it is Florida isn't it? Other area courses (Viera, Duran, Baytree) are in much better shape so that's not the the problem. Will likely not return until I hear from locals that things have improved.
Nice layout and facilities
Tee boxes were in terrible condition. Greens had some week infestation.
poor conditions
greens that were good last year not so good this year. got some different grass growing among the regular green grass. course very wet.
Bad day for employees???
Fairways rough shape ,greens not bad ,T boxes rough ....
Cocoa Beach County Club
Nice public course. Tees need work, reflect heavy play. Greens and fairways are nice. Lots of wildlife to enjoy.
Horrible starter
I had a set up tee time and showed up 1 hour early and the starter was rushing my group of 3 to hurry up to the tee box even tho it wasn’t close to my tee time and then 2 other groups said the same starter told them to go infront of us. So we got rushed for no reason just to have to wait for 3 full groups to tee off before playing instead of just calling us at our scheduled tee time and when I talked to the starter he had a lot of attitude all because because I asked him if he would be able to tee off soon after the 2nd group came up to us. Horrible customer service and even lazier workers
