River/Dolphin Golf Course at Cocoa Beach Country Club

-course was in as good condition as a mediocre course in the mid U.S

-staff was not in a good mood and made me feel unwelcome

-course was overpriced and too packed

-overall not impressed with the course. cocoa beach has better more beautiful courses for less of a price for my opinion!

The Cocoa Beach Country Club has beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway from just about everywhere on the course. The best feature of the course were the greens. They were spongy, but smooth and fast, leading to very true puts. Lots of water on this course, including many bogs and ponds, making for a challenging experience on a relatively short course. There are 3-9 hole course. We played the Dolphin which was fun and on a cool and breezy March day was very quiet. Great value for the money, and highly recommend this to anyone local or traveling.

This was a very nice golf course! The greens were large. Wide fairways. No problems with sand or water. The course was in very good shape. A tad pricy for a noon t-time. Would recommend this course. Many different types of birds on the course. A few gators and turtles.

Played Cocoa CC today for the first time. The course layout is not very imaginative, but was fun anyway. Most holes are straight and no trees. Moderate amount of sand and water. Overall pretty good condition. Friendly staff and pace of play was average. I would definitely play again.

Thought the course was very nice. The greens were firm and quick. This is a course that was played by the NASA astronauts since the beginning of the space program. I think I saw Jeannie, Tony Nelson, and Roger Healey on the third green.

Sometimes when you are a single you get paired with people who are boring or too serious to enjoy the round. Here I was paired with a guy that had me laughing on the first tee and never stopped with the stories. The course was great, the greens were fast and true, and some of the stories were so good that I now claim them for my own. A great round of golf.

Course was in pretty good condition. Greens were very true. The staff was very welcoming and we even had a person from the club ride up to us around 9am to let us know that a rocket was being launched. That had nothing to do with the golf and maybe a Small gesture, but sometimes it’s the little thoughtful things that go unchecked. So I got to enjoy 9 holes and a rocket launch with my daughter. Was a great way to start a morning.

I booked a foursome. The day before it had rained all day and I thought the Course would be very wet. Three holes were cart path only but on a whole course condition was great. Green are very good, run quick and true. We played lagoon and River. Lagoon was kind of boring. River was a more interesting layout. Price of range balls are the best I have seen in Florida. A good practice area including a chipping green. We did not eat there but it looked to be a nice spot. We will be back.

Course was in great shape despite heavy rains earlier in the week. Greens were faster than I remembered. If great golf is not enough the scenery and wildlife will wow you.

The pace of the play was excellent, beautiful weather and we really like the River course.

This is one of my favorite golf course. I was very pleased to see Dan and I received an excellent service from him. We went to the 19th whole and there again we were very well served. I will certainly be back again.

...day, nice greens. Poured the night before. Cart path only was not too fun however understandable. Course very playable despite the rain. Greens were nice too. Would have been nice on days like this if you put some bottle of sand in the landing areas across the fairway from the cart path. People forget about it and do not go back. Put them at some landing areas. Divots were bigger because of the wet.

Decent time playing the course. It is confusing finding the greens on occasion with the layout. Fun overall!

This was the 2nd time that I have played CBCC. I look forward to playing again soon. The course and greens are in exceptional condition.
