Good greens but little else
Beautiful sunny day and smooth greens running about 10 on the stemp. What could be better you say? The rest of the golf course. Fairways thin and weedy. Tee boxes bare and rutted. Cart ruts everywhere. The 3 nines do get tons of play, but that should lead to plenty of revenue for maintenance. I guess they spent some $ on the greens, as they were full of grass, smooth, fast and very true. If the rest of the course was ever brought up the same level, I would play it every day. Would have rated 2 stars without the nice putting surfaces.
Good Folrida publuc course.
Nice Florida course. Very windy, but greens were
nice rolling and very good condition. Fairways and tee boxes needed a little attention.
Popular course, lots of play.
Good Course. But, overpriced.
The fairways and greens were in good shape. But, if you're a non-resident you're going to pay like 1/3 more than a city resident. If you're going to pay that kind of $$. Better off playing LPGA International. It's in EXCELLENT condition. Or, get a hot deal on golfnow and pay what a city resident pays. I'd play it again (only on a hot deal).
Nice Course
Interesting course that has 3 nine hole tracks on a sliver of land surrounded by open water on all sides. Playing here is interesting because you never know if you will be playing a beast or a pussycat depending on courses they put you on, and the wind conditions that particular day. The fairways are in good condition, but the ruffs are a little weedy. I guess that's why they call it ruff. Greens are in really good shape, moderately fast and roll true.
Absolutely the qorst staff ever!!!!!!
The staff at Cocoa beach Country club are the worst I have ever encounter in my life!!!! I have been playing golf for over 12 years and visit cocoa beach yearly. I golf at cbcc once, twice a year. Its far from a Country Club!!!! I laugh at that. I WILL NEVER PLAY THIS COURSE AGAIN!!! The Savannah golf course right down the street WELCOMES you, and wants your business. Do yourself and friends a favor go to the Savannah and enjoy your round/day!!!!
Fun Course to Play
Fairways are open more then others course in area. Green were in really good shape. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pace was play way good, was not being push. Wished green fees were a little cheaper for out state golfers.
Outdated
The staff was unfriendly and the conditions of the facility was outdated and green fee overpriced especially if you are not a cocoa beach or Florida resident
Marginal at best!
Course was not in great shape. Fairways terrible. Greens good, but not as nice as others played recently. There is no direction for a first time visitor. No GPS. Some holes have pictures on the tee, but not all. No pin placement guidance on cart with chart nor with any different flag colors. Would not go back at the out of towner price. Hot deal price may not be enough incentive either.
We really enjoyed our day
The course was great and I have to mention that Dan was very nice when we arrived and we checked in. Also my husband did a purchase of a golf bag and Dan was very helpful with his choice we really appreciated it. As a final note we really loved our day with the nice weather.
