Providence Golf Club

This place in the last six months has really turned around. It is an awesome place to play. I play all over the country and I would say this is on the top of my list.

Great course, the fairways were really good, The greens were recently punched but were still in good conditions, we still left some additional shots there. The course has some holes marked as “car path only” which forces some extra walking specially on par 5s. We went during previous rain days so grass was really green but ended up with the car path only. The course has a good mixture of water/dry layout holes for beginners through the season players to challenge them. For the price it was really worth it. Will recommend to others to enjoy.

Jerry in the club house and rest of staff, made this an awesome outing. Weather was a bit hot, but I enjoyed the round.

Joe and the staff at the restaurant, makes the round complete with the burger being my favorite.

I wish they would let you know in the shop what holes are path only. The GPS screen is small and it really doesn't alarm you until you drive off the path. Places like approaches not marked. You'll spend alot of time in reverse to get back before it unlocks.

They did just verticut the fairways so it's understandable

The course was in very good condition. The greens had been punched probably a week prior and thus the rate was decreased. The aeration of the greens and verticut fairways did not affect the play however. The greens were cut and rolled and were rolling true and fast. It was a very enjoyable round of golf. The staff in the clubhouse was very friendly and helped us out. The range was good with hitting mats but also grass areas that could be used to hit driver off the tee. The carts had GPS, but on a few holes I suspect the course has been changed and the GPS hasn't been updated because the distances were off by quite a bit compared to my range finder. A few of the holes have a blind tee shot and now that I've played and know what to expect I would be able to play a little more aggressive and score a little better. I live out of the area so I'm not sure I'll have a chance to play again, but if I'm ever back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to play this course again. Even at a higher rate it would be worth it.

Played here for 1st time in awhile. Due to rain, there were a few cart path only holes but we were informed that in the Shop. Bunch of water stations and they had aerated but the greens were nice. A few bare spots sporadically but nothing bad. Layout is nice and course is spread out. Had course to ourself but only because it was very hot and humid. Greens were true and carts were nice. Only issue was we wish there was a cart person on such a hot day. Not an big issue as the many water stations made up for it. Amazing value for the cost of $35 on GN.

Nice course. Greens had been aerated so that degraded the greens a bit. Slow round. A couple of slow foursomes.

Didn't get to finish 18 holes. Rain and thunderstorms rolled in. Did get 14 holes in though. Enjoyed the course very much. Will book again if I come back to this area again.

The course was in good shape and we liked the layout. The pace of play was really good. This was our second time playing the course and we were extremely satisfied both times.

Providence is a great play to play. Fun for all levels of golfers. We played in the summer which is the off season, so we loved the laid back feel of everything.

Beautiful course and pace of play was fine. Staff super engaged and helpful.

Fun course with a good layout in pristine condition. 100% would play again
