Colonial Country Club

This course has become one of my favorites in South West Florida.

Colonial has a good variety of holes. If you decide to play from the back tees you will find 7400 yards of water hazards, sand hazards and an assortment of trees waiting to snag your ball. The par threes on this course are very solid. The entire course is impeccably groomed. There are flower beds and fountains. You will have multiple tee options. Water is available to drink at a couple of spots on the course but if it is a really hot day you might want to bring extra. We didn't see the beverage cart much.

This was one of the best tracks I played. Wind was up so a few holes played specially hard. Fairways and greens were pristine and resulted in a very enjoyable day. Would definitely go back and play it again.

Must say course was very busy but got better on the back nine when some of the groups stopped after nine.

This is a very nice layout and the course is extremlly well maintained. There are various tees so I am sure this track wil offer everyone the challenge they desire. A fun course to play!
This is a higher end course and priced accordingly but the Golfnow redhot price was a steal.

We have golfed here a few times - never a disappointment - challenging, beautiful, and fun. Great value

this course was a 9 hole special booked on golfnow. the field of play was in great shape and all the staff was super friendly. clubhouse dinner after golf was superb. the only drawback was
the course was very crowded but that is to be expected in febuary in florida.

Only played the front nine and was impressed. Would like to return and play 18.

Course was in excellent condition. Have 5 sets of tees so can be challenging for any handicap. Back nine is tighter than front nine. That may be reason for the slower pace on the back nine.

Only downside, I wish Golf Now would have indicated that the tee time we purchased was part of a shotgun tournament, played as a scramble. We arrived for our tee time unaware of the format which took away from our overall experience.

I have played here a few times and in my opinion this is a great golf course!

The course is well maintained, the design is fun, challenging and different on each hole. Greens have some very interesting shapes and sizes. A course you need to play once or twice to figure it out.

Great course,It is fair but challenging to play very freindly staff have to play this course to really appreciate it.

My wife and I played on a sunday afternoon, which I wasn't sure if we would complete play before darkness set in. Everyone teed off at the same time, like in a tournament. The practice tee had plentiful and free balls to hit. The facility was in great shape. We played the round in under 3 hrs. The carts do not have gps, so I was glad I had downloaded it to my personal gps. Highly Recommended.

Shotgun start threw us off a bit. Course was well maintained,staff great,good food at grill,challenging but fair,very fair price.

Front Nine was open and Driver friendly but the back nine was more target golf and much more difficult. Greens were in very good shape and it was a GREAT value for the money and hope to play there again soon. Didnt like the shotgun start in the afternoon and starting on hole 6 was not how I expected to play the course.

You may need extra balls as water hazards are plentiful and unforgiving. Fairways have lots of slope, if you don't hit center.

Pace was excellent and people extremely friendly and helpful.

We played in a shotgun format which turned out to be perfect and got to meet a lot of first timers such as ourselves.

Will definitely recommend this course and play it again.

I really enjoyed Colonial CC. The clubhouse is very nice, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and the course layout and overall conditions were great.
