Golfer Reviews
Rough around the edges, awesome staff
Played solo on a Monday… Great course to practice all types of clubs, shots, lies, etc. Tee fairways and greens were a little rough but given the price and unforgiving heat and lack of rain in the area recently I didn’t expect much. Staff was super friendly and informative and the shop has a good variety of goods in case you forget anything. They even have free hot dog Mondays with a round of golf. The range is very good too (grass only, no mats which is a plus). I would definitely recommend it and will come back when around the area.
Great course for money
I stumbled across this course and I’m glad I did. Tee boxes needed some attention but overall the fairways and greens were in great condition (only 2 out of 18 greens were a little rough). Mostly open and straight holes but with a constant ocean wind it really makes it challenging. Golf cart was in excellent condition, pro shop attendant was very informative and friendly. The restaurant is a great plus (I tried the blackened mahi mahi sandwich, delicious! ), and the bar has a great inclusive environment primarily with salsa and other latin music playing which felt like you were in a nice Caribbean golf course. I would recommend it.
Friendly staff laid back atmosphere
I wanted to go and practice on my own and keep things simple. I played the latest tee time of the day and I truly enjoyed my time on the course. The clubhouse staff and cart staff were very friendly. The greens were nice, but some of the fairways were in need of some TLC. Overall, great experience and I plan to go back often.
Nice relaxing round!
Pace of play was very good! Course is great for the price’!Greens are getting better each time we play!
Not bad, not great
It is a relatively short course but is not that easy as well placed bunkers and ponds abound. Many of the ponds were down due to the dry weather but the course was not dried out. The tee boxes had been recently worked on, and the greens although slower than I would like were ok. Although some of them had some damage that was under repair. Not sure if it was vandals or a mower that was leaking oil. Staff was very friendly and had a good pace of play as the course was not very crowded that day
The course is wonderful.
I love the wild life. Great variety of hole's. Would recommend.
Great course!
A bit of a drive from Port St Lucie but worth every penny.
Needs Much Attention
Most of the greens were okay but the fairways and the area around the greens were a combination of dirt and sparse grass, unfortunately the course is going in the wrong direction. We gave a good rating to the off- course amenities although the restaurant/bar was not open when we played however we have stopped there in the past and the facilities are very good unlike the course itself.
Nice course but needs some TLC
We love this course because we can get around pretty quick and then have lunch in the restaurant. This week every green rolled at a different speed. Some were cut, some weren’t. Many of them had been eaten up by the Sandhill Cranes. It looked like divots in the greens. Hopefully this gets taken care of. That being said, it’s a tremendous value. And the club restaurant is excellent. Well worth a trip over.
