About
The Florida Club is a captivating course that places special emphasis on customer service. The course is reminiscent of "old" Florida's natural beauty, with long wide fairways surrounded by stately ancient oaks, pines and palmettos.
Throughout your tour of the course you will see wildlife and pristine natural habitats maintained at Audubon standards. The greens are well known for their condition, speed and ample size throughout South Florida.
There are GPS navigational System on all golf carts, a full Service Pro Shop, two practice bunkers, two practice greens and eighty yards of turf teeing ground on range
Designed for all playing levels, the course is both challenging to a low-handicapper and enjoyable for the weekend golfer.

Great shape
This course is always a pleasure to play. Afternoons have between a little slow in the past but we finished in under 4 hours. Condition was excellent.
1st Experience
Overall the course, in mid-March, was in very good condition. The carts were clean, staff was always available to assist. The following are suggested improvements:
- additional sand in bunkers
- ensure the driving range is open for use
- address turf areas were traffic is heavy
All in all, I enjoyed my experience at The Florida Golf Club.
The Florida club is always in good shape even during our drought. Beautiful course that is very enjoayable to play.
Pace of play on front 9 was great. Once we made the turn we waited on every hole. GPS did not allow access on some holes without any explanation (Not counting par 3’s).
Best public course!
Best public course! Great shape and you can play it under 4 1/2 hours, most times only 4 hours. Friendly staff too!
Great day on links except for ranger
This course is a fantastic layout. A great variety of holes that offer challenging yet fair conditions. I’ve probably played 20 rounds here but this was the first time I felt the round was not enjoyable. Our foursome played the round in exactly 4 hours. We never saw a group behind us or in front of us, but we got 3 warnings from the ranger to pick up the pace. Believe me, I’m all for fast play, but when no one is anywhere close to our group, why is the ranger pushing us to play quicker? 4 hours is perfectly acceptable for a foursome playing an 18 hole round. That said, the pro shop staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bottom line, I highly recommend playing this course and I’ve always had a pleasant experience, except for this time due to an anxious ranger.
Best public course in the area
This course is challenging yet fair. Good sits get rewarded and poor shots pay the price. The fairways and greens were in great shape but the greens were running much slower than my previous visits here. Definitely a repeat customer.

Fun course
While on a weekend getaway we found Florida Club. It’s a very playable course! Greens & fairways were in great condition and the staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this course!

The Florida Club is well maintained and has a great staff. Highly recommend if you’re in the Stuart area! A great test of golf!
