Pleasantly surprised …
Read many negative reviews about this course over the years and was pleasantly surprised playing this one for the first time.
Played as a single and the sweet lady in the pro shop let me out early. Played the course in 2 1/2 hours.
I have always played the 4 Palm Beach County courses as well as Atlantic National, Palm Beach National, Boynton Links and this course can hold up to them. Tee boxes and greens are in great shape - no complaints. Fairways need a little work with the weeds / crabgrass, but still playable. Bunkers could use some fresh sand, but that wasn’t a problem. Definitely will be back. it was too early for me to enjoy the 19th hole, but looks like a nice bar and grill close to the pro shop. A 45 minute drive was worth it and next time I will bring my other hackers.
Much Improved Indianwood
I've been to Indianwood maybe 5-6 times in the past 3 years. To be perfectly honest I didn't think the hour & a half ride was worth it. To my surprise the course was in the best shape I've ever played it. Despite the lack of rain that all the Florida courses are experiencing the course was very good with the tee boxes resodded and the greens rolling well. The fairways did have some weeds but the crew was out there treating them and it really didn't effect my play. The staff is top notch and always a pleasure to deal with. My only knock would be the 15 minutes I had to wait for a hot dog on the turn after calling my order in on the 8th hole. Restaurant issue, not a course issue. Keep up the good work and I'll see you again in a month or two.
Living the dream on a budget
Great track it has a variety of interesting holes, we always enjoy playing here. Unfortunately, the conditions are ”fair“ at best. You kind of get what you’re paying for here.
Greens needs some work
Course was in decent shape but the greens definitely need some help. They are still bumpy and uneven in spots.
First time here
A bit of a cow patch but GREAT price, wonderful people, super little grill for the 19th hole. That $100 was for two with a cart!!
