Links of Lake Mary
About
Nestled in the gently rolling hills of Lake Mary Links of Lake Mary is a Ron Garl designed course. The front nine is reminiscent of a Scottish links-style course, with wide open fairways, rolling hills and deep bunkers. Watch the wind and keep it low!
Waste bunkers garnish the back and water comes into play on several holes. In a poll, GolfWeek Magazine ranked Links of Lake Mary the 14th best course in the state. Bobby Weed renovated the course in 1996. The course is located just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando and winds through beautiful lakes and wooded areas.
Hole No. 2 is rated as "most challenging in Central Florida"

Poor Management
Course still needs love. Witnessed an argument that almost turned into a physical confrontation. Tried to tell the General Manager about it and told me “I don’t care”. This place needs a new manager if they want to be great again.
Place is garbage
Place is a dump. Pro shop staff is horrendous to say the least, the only good experience was after the round with the bartenders. Course is in terrible shape and I don’t think anyone even maintains it. DO NOT WASTR YOUR TIME OR MONEY PLAYING HERE
Better than expected
Not sure why the course has a low rating. It is in good conditions and it’s a great layout.
Horrible condition
Been playing this course now for about five years and it’s pretty sad how much they’ve let it go definitely wouldn’t recommend spend $50 and could go golf somewhere nice for the money
After reconnecting with the General Manager once things had settled, he shared that new standards are being implemented to ensure the golfing experience reflects the level of quality they want the course to represent. We both acknowledged that everyone involved in the recent incident could have handled things better, and agreed it’s best to move forward by allowing these new standards to take effect.
The goal is to create an environment that’s enjoyable, safe, and worthy of the great layout this course already has. There are some exciting improvements on the way now that the team has more flexibility to elevate the course’s potential. I’m genuinely looking forward to the experiences ahead.
