Brothers reunion
Excellent place to play --- great oldFlorida style
Nice course
We played The Heights 4 or 5 times while we were staying in Lakeland. We played it later in our stay, and wished we would have started earlier. This winter was very dry down there, and they managed to keep the fairways in decent condition, considering.
Highly recommend it.
The bar/restaurant is very good too. The balcony overlooking the course is very nice.

PGA rules....Nice if followed
Beautiful course, nice conditions, staff friendly,,, people who play course, need to read rules of PGA, though, threesome with young daughter, playing two three, different balls, held up play,,, wouldn't let us play through,,, ignorant of USGA rules,,, should include ,,more rangers to control rude players,,,other than self absorbed, people,it was a wonderful course, look forward to playing it AGAIN,,well done. Great shape for dry season in Florida
Tees, fairways and greens in good shape. Ran into couple of the grounds crew and they said there'd been a 4-ball tourney day before. They were sorry for the greens (4-ball tourney) but I found them to be fine. Starter got me on as a single and I flew around the course. Some pretty views along lakeside holes. Clean bathrooms. Reasonable prices in clubhouse.

Great Greens
Greens are in excellent condition but slow. Overall, the B and A courses are in very good condition. Did not play C course.

Everything was great. However the starter should be a bit friendlier. Too overwhelmed with crowd

Excellent shape right now!
Cleveland Heights is in great playing shape right now. Our playing partners yesterday said they get the place looking nice before the annual 4 ball tournament. So....get over there but don't book a time after 4 pm - that's my slot.

3 Nine Hole Courses, Great Value
I enjoy the layout of this course. Courses A and C are my favorite. 3 courses mean every time you visit it is a different experience. Friendly staff and bar/restaurant is above average for most courses in the area. Hole C3 is my favorite.

Better Signage and Starter at beginning of round required!
We had a beautiful day matching up with another couple from Ohio! There was some confusion with no Starter being posted at the beginning of hole #1. The course direction from hole to hole could be better marked with more signage as one can tend to get lost from hole to hole. We had a fantastic day playing with this couple and ended up staying for liquid refreshment and dinner, watching from the balcony overlooking the 9th hole on the A course. I would recommend this course to all. One of the best city courses we have played in Florida!
What a pleasant surprise!
Take the time to drive around this charming area of Lakeland; some beautiful homes! The course itself was immaculate - maybe needed some more sand in a few bunkers. Otherwise, very good and very close to spring training!

A very nicely laid out old municipal course. Would benefit with a ranger: 2'45" for 9 holes is too long; fivesomes and sloooooow foursomes spoiled an otherwise enjoyable round.
