Boring flat course
Every hole seems similar and surrounded by houses so you have to be very careful with your drives. It was in good shape but so boring!

Sunland springs village golf course
The course was in good condition. I brought a guest who was allergic to eucalyptus and there was few there. Two holes one the San tan nine and 2 holes on the Four Peaks nine. Great course

A quick 18 holes
I thought given the rating of the course we could finish in less than 4 hours, that wasn't the case even with a golf cart which I don't normally use. The course is very busy with loads of members, who unfortunately park their personal carts in the parking area, which meant that we had to wait almost 15 mins for a spot. Little boring layout but was very well groomed, and the par threes (many) were a challenge from the blue tees. If you have a spare 4 hrs for a short course it is good to go.

Ok shorter course
Easy to find check in easy water bucket for towels water for us to drink tees good rough tough to get out of at times fairways pretty good. Greens roll fairly well not very fast. Bunkers with some sand. Not so long but seemingly tougher 3,sand real par 5’s
