Even with the discount, seemed a tad high prices for punches greens.

Community still under construction but coarse was very well managed. Still some areas that will grow in and develop with time but extremely fun for a good price.

Evidently due to lack of rain/water the course was cart path only, yet not disclosed by staff before we went out. Course is also showing signs of stress with some thin tee boxes and random weeds throughout. Lennar is possibly half-way into building-out the community and amenities, and it appears the golf course is not the priority.

Incredible greens for that time of the year in Florida. Overall just a nice course with a great and challenging layout. Play there, it is worth the money!

The course was nice and the staff was very nice. The driving range is a bit of a mess. You're basically hitting into a swamp so it was buggy and stinky. Greens were lightning fast, which I like but some don't. Really flat but they put in some dog legs and trees to make it interesting...

Props to the staff. As I said, they were great.

The greens were in great shape. Most fairways were great but several were very burnt and dry.

Dry Conditions & Irrigation problems dictated Cart Path only & it has been this way for a few weeks now. I would suggest that placing 200,150, & 100 yard markers in the fairways until the problem is resolved.

love the course and hope that they can get the irrigation problems resolved. Fingers crossed we get some rain

Great condition but too much walking in the heat with cart path only.

Upon arrival we were informed that it was cart path only. I asked if the course was too wet and was told that it was too dry to allow carts on the fairways. I told the cashier one of my friends had recently had a knee replacement would they give him a handicap exemption. He said he could not and that if I wanted cancel I would have to contact Golfnow since that is where I purchased. I explained that I didn't want to cancel but if I had known before hand I would have scheduled elsewhere. I have never before heard of cart path only because course being too dry. I was very disappointed and my friend was only able to play 14 holes because of his difficulty walking. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

This is a relatively new course. Lots of housing construction adjacent to the course. The course is still maturing. Greens were smooth and challenging. Fairways were lush. Bunkers were fair and not overwhelming. Carts were new. Two layout issues. A par 3 200yard hole with a forced marsh carry. And hole #10 needs a barrier to keep range balls out. Staff were excellent. Got a great rate. Worth a try.
