Different
Greens were soft and you could shoot right at the pin. Some thin spots and speed of the greens was slow. Fairways decent. A little shaggy. It was like they had different grass on greens and fairways. They were softer also. Was glad I got this time as a deal.

Amazing course design!
The course isn’t the most manicured course that I’ve played, but the layout is absolutely fantastic! Tee shots required precision shots and small greens demand your focus. I can’t wait to play here again.

Course is in good shape. My wife and I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere
Course rangers need to monitor slow play. Otherwise I enjoy this course tremendously

Pleasantly surprised!
We really enjoyed the golf today. Staff was friendly and the pace was great until the last four holes. The fairways had nice grass and most of the greens were good. We didn’t get the Florida roll because it had rained the day before and the greens were slow after playing really fast greens on Sunday at Legends.. The price was also very good compared to other courses. We will definitely come back again.

Better than in the Past
Course conditions have improved since last year. Grass on fairways and greens are green and support the ball lots of bare patches on greens but getting better.

Greens
For this time of year and the price difference from summer months we felt the greens should be kept in better shape. I have played here for many years and dont remember the greens being this bad ANY TIME of year? The staff and restaurant are great and very personable. Larry Stuber runs a great bar and grill. If you raise the rates, raise green quality as well.

Challenging Course
Was a challenging course, price was good, pace of play was slow, 4 hours 35 minutes. Course was not perfect, but for the money, we will be back.
