Lake Worth Beach Golf Club

I've played this course a bunch of times over the years. Yesterday the greens were extremely slow . The grass throughout the course was patchy. I said that I would not recommend this course to a friend. I should say "right now" I wouldn't recommend the course. I'm sure it will get better again.

Great course for all. I’m a struggling newer golfer and this course is great. Not overly loaded w traps n water In beautiful condition, and we played a day after heavy rain storms

This course has a nice layout. The views of the intercostal are beautiful. This is a nice public course. No driving range, small short game area. The greens were ok but running a little slow. The course was in ok shape. I understand the when it rains the fairways get flooded but it was beautiful weather the day I played. I will play again a few times this year.

I would rate this course itself as average to below average. The tea boxes were uneven and tore up. There were several fairways with bare spots and the greens played extremely slow. I shot well given how short the course is and how few hazards there are, but I’ll likely pay just a little more and play a number of other courses in the area that I feel are in much better condition. That said, the friendly staff and the restaurant atmosphere were both really enjoyable.

Nice place and friendly staff but the green and few tee are in bad shape.. to much expensive for the general quality of the course.

Very nice layout, tee boxes lumpy and uneven, fairways relatively bare, sand traps were awful albeit heavy rainfall previous day although my guess is they are not very good at anytime. I did like the greens, They were in good condition. With a refurbish this course would be a $130 in season course. Current conditions should be around $60. Plenty of other real good options between Boca and Stuart.

First time I played course based on reviews and price point. Conditions were fair for this time of the year. It's hard to rate a course great when it's crabgrass however I enjoyed myself. There was some construction as far as some holes that were par fours that were par threes and what have you but it didn't bother me. It's a great layout next to the water with water views and ocean breeze. The homes that dot the course are old school and charming, and some are modernize and I am so jealous. The staff were beyond friendly and I would highly recommend playing this course. I love old school courses and a town that is old-school Florida like Lake Worth. And I played with this young fella who was 87 years old that had movement like a 15-year-old and his name is Ernest, and if you get to play with him, it is a blessing in disguise. I will definitely be back.
