About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Mediocre at best
Course is in bad shape. Fairways are terrible. Greens are maybe ok. Practice green is ok. No driving range.
Great location
Course is right on the inner coastal waterway. Fairways and greens in pretty good condition despite the dry weather. Windy conditions made some of the holes quite challenging.
tees and fairways average condition, has been very dry here lately. Greens in great shape.
Friendly Staff
Really friendly and laid back staff. We got rained out and they gave us a rain check. For the money and the area it’s great value, even if not the most manicured or interesting course.
Did not tee off on time
My tee time was 9:48, starter didn’t send me out until 10:30, no explanation was given
We were waiting to hit on every shot as the course was very busy.
On the 11th hole we were waiting to hit to the green when the Marshall came up to us and told us to hit. We said to him how can we hit when they are on the green. He said we were far enough away, we told him it’s only 180 to the green and we are waiting till they finish
He was rude and unapologetic
Greens: Good shape but slow. Needed to be moved.
Traps: Good
Tee Boxes: Good
Fairways: Not good, I understand that flooding has been an issue on various holes. But major parts of the majority of holes are in terrible shape.
Wait for the Bulldozer
This was a thirty dollar golf course.... Not seventy.. The teas were shabby, okay? The fairways were burnt and the greens were fairy sub-par... I was very, very disappointed and my guest. Was not happy.. It really, it does need to be redone... That being said, the people were very nice in the bar also fine.. Won't be looking at this 1 for a few years..
