Lake Worth Beach Golf Club

As a beginner golfer, this course is perfect. Not stuffy, all kinds of skill levels. Short and long holes to work on distance with forgiving hazards. Plenty of shady spots and a nice ocean breeze. Affordable food and beers. The best bang for the buck. It does get quite busy so you can get jammed up or pressured to move on at times, but worth it completely. Been three times for three great rounds!

Great little course , friendly staff, this time of year good pace of play

Course was easy to play. Tee boxes need some extra work and fairways could use some trimming on the sides. Overall for price it’s an ok course

We arrived early on the morning of 7/14 for our tee time at 7:12am. In the parking lot we were told that the front 9 was closed and that the course was cart path only. Storms had rolled through the night before so cart path was no big deal. In the golf shop we find out that the front was closed for aeration and the back 9 greens were aerated the day before. Did not play as the rate was going to be full price for playing the same 9 twice on newly punched greens. There was no notice on the website about the aeration schedule when we booked the tee time. This isn't the best course or conditions even at it's best but the lack of consideration for players to not tell us when we book the tee times and no discount for greens that you can't put on was it for me. When I mentioned the no notice when booking the golf shop guy was a smart-alec and said it was on the website.....it wasn't, still isn't. Never again here.......

Good course all clubs could be used.

Staff very friendly

Played this course 2 times last summer and enjoyed it. This time the greens were super slow and not good…. Tee boxes are not level at all. Staff was great and friendly.

The greens are terrible. Like putting on grass that hasn't been mowed. Awful. Very slow and bumpy.

Course in great shape, only thing is, greens real slow, but in great shape.no straight putts,

For rhe money its a decent course, nice breeze off the ocean when its hot outside

Review said you only need to select a star.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Great value for the price.

By the time we pulled up and started to walk over to get a cart, a staff member pulled up cart and helped us get in. We chipped and putted and the starter Larry was so polite helping us old people.

The course has a great forgiving layout but the staff make it an experience that is hard to beat.

This may become my home club.

This course sits along the intercostal and provides great view and a breeze for those hot summer days. Pro shop staff are all very welcoming and friendly.
