Grass finally growing in the fairways, greens looked good, some patchy spots, but overall good conditions.

Everyone could use some rain!

The course has a nice layout with some challenging holes. Greens are in good condition except for a few that had crab grass patches growing about. Several fairways on the back nine had nice grass but several other fairways were not in good shape. The staff in the pro shop, the starter and the staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful when the learned it was out 1st time at this course. I will be back.

I was disappointed in the course condition. It has been in better shape before. Some bare spots near the green and around the fringe. But still nice course.

The course is usually in very good condition but this time the tee boxes were terrible and there was a lot of crab grass on the fairways and greens.

Greens borderline unplayable. Weeds are sprouting everywhere and drastically affecting the line a ball makes to the hole. It’s pretty bad.

Bunkers not draining well. The course is scorched. I played it a month ago and it was very good. Give it time I guess!

When the rates go down and conditions improve it will be a great overall experience.

I’m traveling for work out here in Titusville and decided to play a good golf course. I’m glad I picked this one, greens was fast and the balls had good spin on the greens. Drew one back 6-7 feet. Restaurant seems very nice, had a foot long glizzy around the turn shot a 80 it was a good day! Everybody treated me nice, and the bunkers are also nice.

Would love this course if it were in better condition. It’s an excellent set up and somewhat beat up

Love the layout, nice people working there. However...please water the greens. I know we need rain here in Central Florida, but thats no excuse not to turn on the sprinkler system and let some grass grown. On this day they were brownish...and super fast. On some greens it was really hard when putting to get the ball to stop.

The course could be amazing !!!

However, the fairways are hardpan and very short on grass. The T boxes are similar to the fairways and need to be reseeded or fixed.

We also experienced a 5-hour round of golf without a single ranger seen all day. On the first par 3 we encountered a 3 group back up.

On a positive note, the fairways are large, and the course has a great set up with a mix of water and fun dog leg holes. I will return here for more golf and use the "winter rules" for moving my ball to try and find some grass. Also, great wildlife. I saw a few gators, turkeys, and plenty of FL wildlife.

This should be the No. 2 course in the greater NSB area behind the Sugar Mill CC.

Not awful by any means, but the ground was hardpan and greens had weeds all in them and weeds growing all over the place. Maybe drought has kept them from treating the course or something, but this course always takes a step back after showing improvement.

If you want to play 5-hour round this is the course to play no rangers seeing the cart girl one time in 5 hours fairways are dead no grass the tea boxes most of them are dead with no grass no sand in the bunkers and the greens have nothing but weeds not worth it I know you people from up North think it's a beautiful course but I hate to see what courses you play
