The staff was not friendly. They refused to honor the GolfNow price. Then they busted our chops (a twosome that didn't know each other) about having two carts. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but they let four members in front of us go out in single carts. I think all anyone can ask is to be treated the same. I got the feeling they were going to say "DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM." Circa Judge Smails from Caddyshack.

This is the second Time Spruce Creek has not honored the amount paid to TeeOff.com/GolfNow. The staff just says you need to contact GolfNow. So, unless it's a fully paid reservation, be prepared to pay double. Having to call GolfNow to get a refund is a hassle.

Nothing worse than getting ripped off to ruin your round of golf.

Also, I told the Pro Shop that I would leave this review. They didn't care.

I’ve been playing this course for a long time and it’s always in great shape. Bonus airplane runway with steady takeoff and landings are always fun to watch.

Horrible pace of play .they didn't want us to go a head of members. But they sent 5 members on a tee time .never heard of ..asked to go off on 10 they refused..so really crsp they dont want golf now members

It's playable! T boxes are new sod so you hit from front of red on front 9 .greens are playable but not great

I’ve never played golf in Florida, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was a great time. The course was a little dry, and the greens were extremely fast, but the course is beautiful. I’m hopeful to play there more often in the future.

The greens have greatly improved.. Issues they had earlier this year have mostly been fixed a few brown spots around the outer ring of the greens. But the general condition is very good. I had a lot of courses in this area and the fairways at Spruce Creek are very good shape. They have some tea boxes that they are currently rebuilding have killed all the grass on them to to replace the grass. But the key box work does not hamper your Golfshot. Hope to play here again soon!

Good layout, pretty course, but greens need a lot of help.

They just aerated the greens about 2 weeks before I played there. The course and the greens are in decent shape even with aeration work. I’d say they did a great job!

I’ve been playing this course for years and it’s always been in great shape but the conditions are slipping. Most of the tee boxes are in bad shape and the fairways aren’t what they used to be. Great layout with the planes coming in and out but for the price they’re asking, better courses are nearby.

Course has let its greens go downhill. Very warn and many bare spots. They rolled OK but not what is expected for the prices they charge. Previous conditions were much better that what they are now.

Some of the greens were in poor condition and were very slow. The rest of the course was in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will play again

Some of the greens were 30 - 40% sand with no grass to putt on. Many of the tees were all dirt also.
