TPC Treviso Bay
About
TPC Treviso Bay was a collaborative effort between Arthur Hills and PGA Tour player consultant Hal Sutton. Their mission was to create a golf course that will not only test your skills with your clubs but will also make you think. All of the holes on the layout require a unique approach, demanding that each situation be assessed differently. Golfers will have the opportunity to practice bump-and-runs, high fades, long shots, and difficult straight drives. The course is not particularly long but there are some lengthy par 4s that will appeal to long hitters. The longest of these is the 462-yard 16th hole, which features short grass off the tee and a well guarded green. Sharp short game skills are a necessity on this hole. Water hazards come into play around the greens on half of the holes at TPC Treviso Bay and there are numerous strategically placed bunkers throughout

The best course I've played to date!
An amazing course that challenges you mentally and physically.... Really can be rewarding to be sensible... Being brave on this course may cost more than it rewards.... Got the marbles to take on the water? Be my guest.....
New course. Good facility.
This course is currently very wide open. Good amount of water and bathroom stations on the course. Grounds were well maintained. Very nice practice area including traps and chipping area.
TOUGH FOR AVERAGE GOLFER BUT WORTH THE CHALLENGE!!
GREAT PLACE TO PLAY! BRING EXTRA BALLS. IT CAN BE LONG FROM THE BACK TEES AND DON'T MISS THE GREEN. UP AND DOWN CAN BE REAL TOUGH!
Smooth greens = fast putts!
Beautiful course. Make sure you select the correct tee box as it will make an exponential difference in how your day goes. Narrow fairways, very strategically placed bunkers, and plenty of water hazards make for a thought provoking round. The greens are true and roll smoother than any I have played or seen. Stay in the fairways, enjoy the views from the tees, and have fun on this challenging course.
Great Course, But Very Challenging
We played from the "Bridge" Tees (hybrid of Gold and Silver tees), which has a slope rating of 137, so bring your "A" game when you play here. The course conditions were perfect and what you would expect from a TPC course.
Great course. Now just needs the amenities
Great course, great tract. Ten minute time intervals are nice. Course needs amenities
Excellent course, beautiful condition, worth the price
Course was in great condition from tee to green. A must play in the area.
Gimmicky-hard
Witha slope of 141 on the 6400 yard tees, it is a hard course for sure. But landing balls on fairways only to find the slope of the fairways takes the ball into the water, even where the ball is not off line, is penal. It is a tough course, but not as good as Old Corkscrew which I sense it tries to emulate in its difficulty, but is more gimmicky. And at $200 a round at peak, with no amenities to speak of there are far better bangs for your golfing buck.
Course in great condition - nice track!
Played end of February and course is in great shape -- greens fairly fast (posted as 10.2 that day) so beware! Staff attentive and friendly, very nice practice area and course a challenge but rather fair from my tees. Liked that there aren't really any homes along the course and it is a serene surroundings (even saw a bald eagle!). Especially nice if you can get a better greens fee than their regular rate which is rather high in season.
Good track. Plenty of water. No clubhouse yet.
Played with 2 randoms of vastly different skills. One played from whites (6000) one from greens(6500). Greens are the better choice for most golfers as it brings more water into play.
If you like crowned fairways and water, this course is for you...
I am a 10 handicap who belongs to two private clubs and have played many TPC courses around the country. I would not recommend this one. Every single fairway and green is crowned, with slick grass running into water or sand. You have to be right down the middle on every drive, and dead on on your approach shots, or you are toast. Not a whole lot of fun. Extremely frustrating is more like it. Bring lots of balls!
very challenging course
course was awesome and greens rolled super good. the practice facilities were very nice also. but there is no clubhouse yet and it is kind of expensive. book through golf now they saved me almost 50 percent.
Interesting design; good condition.
We played the "bridge" tees in heavy wind. I'd like to come back in more benign weather. High shot values: just about every shot requires controlling your ball to avoid bunkers or water. Many par 4's or 5's wrapped around water on one side and bunkers down the other. As a rule, the tee shots are intimidating. Most approaches require a carry, ruling out run-up shots. The greens are nice, if a little slow. Fairway grass is well-established. Cart paths are sand; thus some washouts and lack of a "finished" look. I'm surprised the PGA has not stepped in and finished the infrastructure at this TPC course (the golf shop is a double wide and the clubhouse is an empty foundation--looks like they ran out of money). I'd play here again.
Beautiful course
One of the nicer courses I have played in Florida no dead grass very well kept and extremely tough course bring some extra golf balls if you don't hit straight
interesting layout and perfect conditions. nice nature around and no houses/villas near fairway
interesting layout and perfect conditions. nice nature around and no houses/villas near fairways
Expensive but worth it
Great condition and variety of tees make it playable for all
Course requires shot making accuracy on approach shots to well manicured greens.
Overall a great track and beautifully maintained. Only drawbacks No clubhouse for a meal or cocktails after the round. All that stands is a cinderblock shell of what was the beginning of construction from four years ago. Kind of reminds me of Iraq post war. Also high green fees by the PGA that leave the course operating less than capacity.
A good course but not as good as I expected.
We got a great deal at half price which is what the regular price should be. There are much better values in Naples.
The course conditions were spotty especially the bunkers.
Also lacks a proper clubhouse.
The carts were noisy and did not have a gps..expected at almost any course in Naples.
positive experience at Treviso Bay
First time using Golf Now. Great experience. Will use the site again.
Golf staff were very friendly. Course condition was very good. Very difficult course, yet interesting. Not a house in site. I will go again.
Improv the bunkers
Excellent course and lay out but there is to little sand in the bunkers
I'd play Treviso Bay 5 times before I play Old Corkscrew again. Talk about landing areas...go play that "only hit it here" course, and then tell me about Treviso Bay. Sorry, just don''t agree with you.
