Hidden gem, greens are nice, grass in the fairways and bunkers not bad. Starter super friendly and pace of play was good front nine but had to wait in the back nine.

Had I been paying attention when I booked I wouldn’t had played there. A lot of par 3,4.Nice staff. Course was in rough shape and very busy. Won’t be returning.

Would it enjoy it better with less people...... BUT everyone was every nice

Conditions were not the best. Would have been nice to be able to clean the golf ball now and then but I suppose due to COVID issues they didn’t want to provide ball washers

Course conditions were ok most greens were in good shape. This is an executive course so most holes are par 3.

A shame this little course has gotten in poorer condition, thought new owners would do better. Fairways rough with lots of dead grass and greens were spotty with dead spots also. All the trees and growth along the ponds and lakes have been cleared and takes away from the appearance of the course. With the dead grass and trees gone it makes you feel like you are on a desert. The green fees are such that I feel owners could do better than this. Shame on you, hope next time course is in better shape.

Searching for a course to play will on a vacation in the Port Charlotte area and noticed this venue offered night time golf. Thought it would be fun, it was more of a nightmare. The management has no control over the course. They allowed a group of 12 to play in front of us, yes 12 drunk morons in front of us. We finally gave up and left the course early. They wait for each hole at the tee box was at least 15 minutes while we watched this group of idiots make complete fools of themselves. The so called ranger thought it was funny and they play every week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Four months ago we played here and I though the course had greatly improved. This week it was like the old owners were back. The greens were in horrible condition, the tee boxes were bare and the fairways were like a farmer's field.

My wife and just got in from Canada and tried this course for the first time. Having the driving range there was a great warm up. Staff was friendly and courteous. Course was a great mixture of length and skill testing accuracy. You had to be way off base to get into serious trouble, but it could be done!!
Yardages seemed accurate. I would recommend it for the novice to the mid range player. Some golf rules were missing with some folks, but nothing serious, regarding pace of play etc. Need to list slope and rating to establish a handicap.

I played the course with my 11 year old son who's a beginner,. I didn't have to worry about the course or pace as it was slow and we had no problems keeping up. Having said that, we kept up, but didn't wait. I am a 10 handicap, if I were with similar level golfers I would have ate my putter by the 3rd hole.

Like the title says, it's good for beginners and seniors.

I should mention though, the smell of dead fish is pretty gross on a couple holes. I should also mention, kids under 16 are free, so you know not to book a child. FYI, that goes for most Florida courses.

This is an average par 3 course for this part of Florida. The grass is okay with as good as no ruff to hurt you. There is plenty of water and swamp to lose some balls especially if the wind picks up which it did. The driving range is pretty cool. They use floating balls and you hit them into the big lake and the wind blows them back to shore. There are lots of target to aim at. The greens were okay certainly not the grass bare that some reviews mentioned. It's worth a try. The staff bent over backwards to have us enjoy the day.

Used to be in terrible condition but new ownership has obviously committed to better maintenance. Greens and fairways are excellent. Grass is green and healthy and like that of pricier courses.

Not the greatest and most demanding executive course I've played but definitely worth the $19.

No.1 is a tough opening hole, water left and right. It's a fun course par(59). It's a little rough. The fairways are very firm with little grass. The price is ok.

I played this course a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed with the condition it was in but since the ownership has changed the greens have improved a lot but I think that the fairways need more grass. The rough is very thin, mostly dirt and some weeds which is difficult to play off of.

Nice challenge and nice people to play with. Will come again

I felt this course was overpriced for what they had to offer. They over booked, had to wait for cart, dress code was lacking--simply nothing that would take me back there.

Conditions much improved from last year, greens in good condition and putting fast enough. Staff was pleasant as usual and the beer was cold.

I played 18 holes paired with 3 others. windy day .
New golf carts, green and fairway in very good condition( they are well taken care of.) no issues with fish,like the review I read . I would play it again.
It would seem they have put a lot of work in and it shows.
