The Cove of Rotonda Golf Center

An executive course, but with 9 par 4s. A great place for "snowbirds" to start when they arrive in Florida. Also great if you only have 3-4 total hours to spend. More fun for short hitters (male of female). The grass needs some help.

Quick 18 holes. Not much grass on some fairways and some areas were very wet.

Had a blast playing this course! It's an executive course. So only used my woods a few times. Great to work on your short game! Will play again for sure!

Irrigation has been improving the fairways and greens. But greens are still rough.

Poor green conditions do and it took over 5 hrs to play this par 3 course do not waste your money no starter control either

Had a fun afternoon of golf using some irons that seldom get used. Used a 3 metal from the tees often and then 8, 9 or PW coming in to work on accuracy. Greens were a bit bumpy and definitely slow which meant little break. There were enough bunkers to make you think and try to course manage. The sand was playable.

The working to improve the course, after recently purchasing it. The greens are in poor shape and the fairways need work as well. It is a fun little course with very little trouble. We played it in 3 hours, We will play it again.

In 12 years of golf this was the best flowing round I have ever played. Very smooth no waiting. The course was full also.

I'm used to longer courses from up north but for the amount I paid here it was a good time. I had played the Links at Rotonda the day before with nothing but disappointment for their overbooking but The Cove was much more enjoyable and about half the cost. The grounds are not immaculate but not bothersome to play either.

Course came a long way compared to a few years ago.

Fair coarse and good practice coarse. Improving every time we play here.

Need tkeep lmproving mostly greens and over all conditions

New owners trying very hard to improve conditions; staff doing a good job, but have a ways to go. Looking forward to further improvements. Reason for poor rating of 'value for money' is
they upped the price of a round twice in the last month; course
is not yet worthy of those kind of charges.

Fun course. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Probably not a great challenge for a low handicap player but good for working on short game. Pace of play was acceptable at just over 3 hours (this is an executive course in Florida in the winter so consider the clientele). New owners have improved course conditions. Greens still have some difficult spots but it's obvious they are working on it. Will play again.

Course needs some work but it is clear management is working to improve. Good executive level course. Anxious to see night course available.

This course has deteriorated over the last two years, it was sold recently and with new management and greens keeper maybe it will get back to old standards. Dry rough fairways and greens, weeds,. We wanted to play night golf as they are advertising, but no lights, go figure

Have played this course twice in last 3 weeks and can see incremental improvement in course condition. Greens are playable but still need improvement. My partner and I played 18 holes in just over 2 1/2 hrs. Nice blend of distances for an "executive course". Staff cordial and observed work (painting and cabinets) being done in the clubhouse.

The new owners are doing a good job. Tees,fairways,and sand traps are in great condition. They have overseaded rough and needs a little time to fill in. The greens are being worked on and will take a little time. Considering the condition a year ago, its 100% better.

Nice par 3 course. Under new ownership trying to improve the fairways and greens. Once they get it back in shape I think it's going to be a great little course.
