beautiful course, enjoyed walking the front and driving the back

I was a single and my other players didn't show so I tagged on to the folks behind me. They were in a skins game so the play was fast...I managed to keep up as a beginner :). Water was pretty much everywhere. Not too many par 5's. Beautiful day, not too frustrating.

Course is in excellent condition. Fairways, tees, greens, bunkers are A1. What takes away is the close proximity of all the housing. Makes the course feel "tight". Good experience, bring extra balls, there'a lots of water and it's in play.

It was the first time we played this course. It was more narrow and had a lot more water than we were used to but after getting a feel for it, it was wonderful. We even played it a second day. The course is beautiful, the landscaping well thought out, charming and even had bathroom facilities that were fabulous, with coolers with cups and ice for water. Would definitely go back again when we return.

This is a short course on yardage and a par 66 however it more than makes up for it in an interesting layout and very tough but excellent greens. Lots of challenging par 3's, good par 4's and protected par 5's. This place is very well kept as is the neighborhood. Great lunch after at the Roost. I will play again in my way through Daytona.

You better bring your "A" game or a lot of balls. Every hole has water that comes into play. Houses are in close proximity to the greens. If you can't hit a strait ball, it will be a long day. The course itself is in good shape. The fairways are nice and the greens are great.

Lots of water and narrow fairways -- sounds difficult but actually a great time! The course is in excellent condition, with fast and undulating greens. Challenge yourself and play this great course!

great people work here. the staff on the course are very aware when you are playing. they stop doing what they are doing until you hit and then they go back to work. very nice to see. the staff in the pro shop are great. the course is in very good condition tee to green no problems at all. the greens are the best i have seen in this area. no bare spots i believe the grass is Tiff Eagle grass. Rod Perry has done a great job along with the staff to keep this course in great condition.

The course is in the greatest shape and beautifully appointed.

Great course! Intimidating because of water and sand traps but really a great play for any level golfer!

I played this on Sunday morning and didn't even play the back 9.

The layout is awful and the homes around the course are trailers.After I finished the front 9, i went to the proton and asked for half of my money back. This did not happen and they should be able that I didn't ask for my full money back. I do not recommend this course at all.

Although considered an 'executive' course at Par 66, you would be hard pressed to find a course in better condition.....and challenging...especially from the back Tees.

Very enjoyable....looking forward to returning.

Nice course a bit short with only 2 par fives. Course was in great shape but the pace of play was the worst I ever encountered. Lady in the golf shop gave me a rain check but I live about 60 miles away and it would not have been worth the trip.. Course was Very Well Maintained.

All in all, although it is not a par 72 course,

it is loaded with the need for good shots over

water and good pin positions. Should you choose to play from the tips, I suggest you bring your best game. Your in for facing demanding shots.
