About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

Cypress head
Lack of rain has the course less than lush with a few bare spots but overall I would rate it as the best in the area for the price. Greens in Good general conditions with very few straight putts. Player friendly with little trouble off the tee if you don’t get greedy, but a good test.
Great Value Good Course
This is one of the best values I have seen for a while - The Course was in great condition, Greens and fairways very very good, staff was very friendly, {Pace of play very good - I would highly recommend this course - The conditions were better than a lot of expensive private clubs I have played

One of the best in the area!
I’ve played Cypress Head many times over the years, but this was my first visit in a few years due to the pandemic. I found the course in the best shape ever! Fairways, greens, traps/bunkers, and practice areas were is super condition and the layout of the course, as always, tests your skill regardless of your level. Staff and amenities were topnotch. Highly recommended.
Course in Great Condition, well run
Pretty darn close to 5 star all round rating. Greens in excellent condition super fast with alot of undulation. Interesting layout with different holes and challenging water hazards to navigate. A couple of weak throw in par 3 holes but overall enjoyable challenge and round.

BEST KEPT COURSE AROUND
First off, driving range in great condition which is itself hard to find. Second, I went by myself and paired up with one other person. The ENTIRE course was in as close to perfect condition as possible. Some patches of dead grass off the course and one single patch of the green that was being cared for. As close to the best kept course I have seen around. My new personal favorite for the price and location. Staff was awesome. I can’t imagine this course getting under 5 stars. Keep up the amazing work. I would compare this to LPGA quality for half or even lower than half the price. Will be back.

The course was in great shape and the greens rolled smooth and true.was a single and got paired up with three other gentleman and really enjoyed there company and the round will definitely play again the next time I am in the area
Tough course,
Tough course for a 20 HCP, A planned approach shot is need. They/the Couse Has narrow greens that run south and north with hills surounding the sand traps. good luck
Pro Shop Staff are pleasent and the food is worth the chow.
I found simuliar greens like these at Pelican Bay, S Daytona Beach. FL, but the that course needs work all around. I would stop there first get and idea. ( slow days slow pace sunday after 2pm)
