About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

Good value
The layout of this course is fair but challenging. The fairways are in good winter shape and the greens, although not too fast run true. The pace of play was good . The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Fun course in excellent condition
Enjoyed our golf and the course. Not too busy and starter was organized and pleasant.

Very well run facility, challenging yet fair, in good shape and friendly staff
Good layout
Challenging holes where water comes into play on several holes-played in the morning when the sand was sticking to the ball on the greens which made it tough to score well
Greens were in okay condition
One of our favorites
We enjoyed the course so much the first time we had to come back. This course is one of the best kept courses in the area. The guys outside are very helpful and great to converse with. We were trucking along for fifth hole until we cam upon a foursome of older men which wouldn't allow us to pass until the turn. Painful!!! Once we hit number 10, it was smooth sailing again. Whew!
Pleasantly Pleased
From dropping off the clubs, to checking in, to the on course staff, to the bartender, the personal were very friendly and personable. The course was in great shape and posed a challenging round. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience all the way around. My only complaint is the type of cheese used on my Reuben. It should be Swiss and not processed American. We'll be back for the golf though!
Great Course!
Overall, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. It's a golf course you'll want to go back to.
