About
This Treasure Coast golfing jewel embraces the traditional values of golf course architecture emphasizing shot value, variety and dramatic effect. Meandering through an 800 home residential community, St James offers 4 sets of tees for individual playing ability and a challenging round for all levels. The 6700 yard, par 72 design features 64 dramatic bunkers and 17 water hazards. The club also offers a state-of-the-art practice facility, with natural grass tee, simulated fairway bunker and dedicated short game area with putting green.

Just OK
Our foursome hadn't played St. James in over a year, thought we'd try it again. It's not a bad course, just not approaching very good and luckily the greens though fast weren't lightning fast as they were on our last experience. The greens are in good condition and very quick but quite true. The fairways however show signs of either disease or neglect in many areas. The pace of play is slow and they do allow 5-somes (just in front of our group) which contributes to the 4+ hour rounds. Finally, if you desire a beverage after golf, get in before 5:PM as they close the bar at 5:00 no matter what (real customer friendly)f
Goood bang for the buck.
When you look at this course on google maps,you get a little intimidated by all the houses.don”t be.,the course is more wide open than it looks,and designed so the houses aren’t really a factor.course is in great shape.greens are green and fast.pace of play was excellent. Overall a really good value for the money

Bring your lightest putter
Fairways were fair but greens were very fast. It was easy to three putt. If you're on your game, this could be the course for you

Course in good shape, a few greens had an issue of black grass from over watering.

Great course!
Great open course with very fast greens!! /what I really like /
I played many times here and always want to come back because this course has everything;
wide open fairways and tight ones,
Lots of water in play and some without,
flat and elevated greens with good slopes,
Big bunkers with soft sand,
Short and long par 4th.
On windy day could be very challenging even for a single digit handicaper as I’m.
Very friendly stuff and pretty good food after the round.

Good solid course.
Played from the back tees, it was a very windy day, open fairways, bunkers seem to be in the right place to catch aren’t shots, greens are better than they look, it was a good test.

Great course and greens a treat
Greens had two in a state of repair but they are smooth and true. Surprisingly soft after a night of on/off rain.
Limited snack and bar area - great for a quick round.

Nice layout
Greens a bit beat up due to recent weather, but are usually excellent. Layout generally wide open, and a bit ho-hum, with some challenging holes. Can get very windy. Pace of play good. Good value.

Nice round at St James
Booked as a single and placed with 3 other singles, all pleasant guys making for a fun round. Played 18 in just under 4 hours starting around 1 pm. Course is in decent shape overall, with greens somewhat uneven. Wide open and can make for some quite windy conditions, and therefore seems longer than the yardage on the card. Greens well protected by bunkers on many holes. Very good value for the money through Golf Now.

Frustrating Ranger Interaction
Very frustrated with our golf experience here. The Ranger was pushy with us. He approached us stating that we needed to hurry up and there was a line of people building up behind us. What he failed to do was realize that there was a group of five in front of us (group of 4) that we were pacing with and could move no faster. He then for lack of better terms stocked us by staying about half a course back and watched. You really need to make sure you have the facts before talking to your customers!

Solid choice
Greens needed some work, bare patches and bumpy. Layout was fun and forgiving off tee.
Staff is excellent. I left my gps on the cart and they mailed it to me! Thanks guys!. Give them a try.

2/21 St James
Recent green damage from leaked hydraulic fluid and subsequent fungal blight still have marred the previous immaculate greens. Playable but looking forward to restoration of their fine greens.

Great value
My wife and I had quality day and enjoyed the course very much. Staff/ starter were great and help us to have a overall wonderful day. We will definitely go back.
The course was in pretty good condition and the pace of play was very good, 4 hours and we never felt rushed.we liked the design of the course. A good combination of challenge and forgiveness.
