Much improved course
Played this course once before over a year ago. Course is in excellent condition; much more so than I recalled from my previous visit. This was also the impression of a member of my foursome who'd previously played the course. Course layout is challenging, yet fair (you're rewarded or punished based on your shots). Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Will definitely return here!
Nice links
Impressed w difficult but true rolling greens. Wide open so swing outta your shoes. Played longer than shown.
To Crowded!
Went online to golf now course appeared wideopen by the tee times got there after paying top dollar for earlier tee time and seemed as though they were putting walk ups ahead of our time would rather play Club med for less people not the first time this has happened 5 hour rounds suck.
Nice Course Difficult Greens.
The course was in nice shape. The only issue was the speed and holding ability of the greens. The greens do not hold many approach shots and the speed of the greens was incredible. The greens are fairly new and hopefully in the future will be able to accept proper approach shots.Maybe a lil more spritzing of the greens might soften them up.This course will not be fun for a beginner or weekend golfer due to the SPEEDY GREENS.Other than the greens the rest of the course was great.
tour like greens
Had 0823 tee time on Saturday, so relatively early, but still took 4 1/2 hours to play. Bummer, there, but that is only negative to a great round of golf. Fairways a tad thin, but is February, so acceptable. Greens are perfect. Fast and hard, but not ridiculous and they roll absolutely true. If you want to experience Tour-like greens, play here. If you play low shots, expect ball to roll from front to back. If you can bring it in high, you can stop the ball, but will probably roll about 3-5 feet further than you're used to. My wife is about a 40 handicap, and she got ball to stop a couple of times when she hit a good solid shot.
Wide open with super fast greens
Really enjoyed playing this course. Excellent shape, open Fairways, the greens were super fast. Fun, easy course.
grens are problematic
greens didn't hold',and were extremely fast.If greens were softer approach shots would have held.
extremely fast greens without ball stopping approach shots greatly reduced the pleasure of the round
Great Time in PSL
Course staff was awesome, good pace of play, no double booking of tee times, challenging greens.
Would recommend playing
Bomb it away
Links style course with plenty of room off the tee. Best greens in the area, fast and true. Suggest you roll a few putts on the practice before teeing off.
Best $40 golf course I've played in this area in the last month. Only drew back is.the green have recently been redone and are very hard. The front of the greens are soft.
Fun course, plenty of room on the fairways. Greens are newer and somewhat hard but in excellent shape. Would play there again.
Lovely track
Played here twice this week and really enjoyed it! Greens are fast but true. Would definitely play here again.
First Time
Played here on 2/8 with 2 friends. It was our first time on this course. Found the greens to be much faster than we are used to, and very challenging. We played from the golf tees and we were still quite challenged. All three.of us agreed we would play here again when in this area. A good experience.
Course in recovery
I understand that the course was recently taken over by new management. It is still recovering from previous neglect. The speed ( Superfast / hard as a rock )of the greens are totally unacceptable ; not a true test.
Amazing greens
Course is in good shape.greens quick and true. Staff friendly and helpful
I heard they replaced the greens and they are Very nice and Fast. The rest of the course is same for last 4 years or so. We had not been there in over a year.
But Again, even though they had a marshall out roaming the course this time, it was Very Slow (4 3/4 hrs). Last time we played there we quit after 13 holes and 4 1/2 hours.
