The Florida Club

I played seven courses in four days and I would say Florida Club is a bit above Hammock Creek and Lost Lake. Not just the Course, but the whole feeling great bar and restaurants, nice people in the pro shop. I just have a really good system here I didn’t hurt that I shot 74 from the blues! Lol….but seriously put this one at the top of your rotation if you come down to visit and maybe play it at the beginning of your trip at the end of the trip as bookends. Lost lake is in as good of shape but it’s so much more tight there so if you haven’t been playing all winter, it’s going to be tough. Hammock Creek is just as nice layout, but not quite in as good as shape as Lost lake, and the Florida club.

Perfect day for golfing

We were paired up with 2 nice gentlemen and had a great time. I played the front 9 well and added a couple of strokes on my back 9. The pace of play was good until we hit hole 14 and had to wait on all of the other holes. Still managed to get 18 in before it got dark. I love this course it is always in great shape and did not disappoint. Looking forward to playing there again soon

Usually play further south but this was worth the 40 minute ride.

First time on the course, got paired up with 3 locals and had a blast. First tee time @ 7 AM so pace was quick; 3:30 for 18 holes.

Course is very demanding requiring layups off the tee with hybrid or 3 wood, depending on the tees.

Course was a little soggy but that happens in FL. Some long holes too make this place great. The greens are incredible and roll very true, can be very quick so be careful. Finishing 4 holes are challenging with water in play on 16-17.

Difficult but fair

Some holes that could stand the test of excellence on any course. Well kept.

Great pace of play and pristine greens. Still one of the best bangs for the buck in South Florida

Played this course a few years ago and decided to cash in points etc for this round based upon recent reviews.

Conditions were very good from tee to green. Greens were fast and firm although they had been lightly top dressed (with sand earlier in the day - probably due to recents rain). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Course renovations make this a more forgiving and fun course. Highly recommend this course - well worth the fees. We’ll done!

Best public course I’ve played in 6 golf vacations in the Stuart, palm beach area. Golf course greens are like carpet, fairways excellent. Great staff, well worth the money.

Can’t say enough about The Florida Club Golf Course. Great staff when you arrive, great practice facility, teed off prior to my set tee time. Played fast without any delay. Only two hole were cart path only after a bunch of rain prior. Greens are as true as any in the area and rival private clubs. Bunkers are maintained and fairways are immaculate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FLORIDA CLUB!
