Entire staff was very friendly, the course was very nice.

Staff is the friendliest around! Location and layout is very good. Course, terrible shape. You can tell they don’t up keep it much. Fairways have dirt patches and are hard as a rock. Greens also have dirt patches and hard as a rock. Would recommends going the another course.

Played 18 with my son . We had a great time . The course was just tough enough and well laid out .

A must play challenging golf course. It was unfortunate to have slow players in front of us and a twosome behind us thinking we were the foursome slowing down the pace.

Bag and cart boys were good, helpful. Good driving range and putting greens. Then, to start our round, they allowed a 4 some to jump in front of us at 12.30 although their tee time was 10am. Pace was too slow, 5 hours, balls were lost because it hit dirt in the "first"cut" and bounce and roll; sometimes in water, other times into weeds. Greens were rough, choppy. Beer cart appeared once in 18 holes. Would not pay again. Too many other FUN courses.

Fairways were fair but getting better. Cud see improvement from previous play 2 weeks prior. Greens in good shape. A tad slow for my taste but more than acceptable. Slower than practice green.

I have golfed at Madison Green many times in the past and always recommend it to people inquiring about a good course to play. I have a friend visiting from Vermont and I decided to take him for a nice relaxing day of golf yesterday. I told him the course is plush green year round, somewhat challenging, with a friendly staff and it's why I recommend it to people. I could see from the road that the course was not plush green, but near the opposite. I was surprised. But we were there for a relaxing time. Boy was I wrong. The carts (Ours #40) have some kind of GPS tracking system on it that if you go off the cart path or out into a restricted (not sure if that's the right word) area, the cart some type of lock-down on it that almost entirely shuts the cart down. The problem was that we were neither off the cart path or in restricted areas and the cart shut down multiple times. Every time it happened we had to push the cart for it to re-engage or reprogram. Between the 12th & 13th hole the cart became almost entirely immobilized. By then my frustrations could no longer be ignored. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us a new cart, but by then multiple groups had gotten in front of us and the pace had come to a near standstill. We left after the 13th hole out of shear frustration and anger at that point. We encountered a club member who said that the course management was "still working out the kinks with some of the cart tracking", plus one of the personnel who came out to swap out the cart said that they "have problems with cart #40." My friend did accept a complimentary 9 hole "sorry you had a bad day" card. We won't be back. I am a businessman and I understand that everything doesn't always go well, but what was supposed to be a relaxing day was everything but.

The layout was challenging and that’s the only good thing to say. Course conditions were not good. Tee boxes all terrible. Fairways brown & dirt. Greens need alot of work many burnt spots ect. Definitely not worth the money.

The pace of play was a problem. That being said the course for the price is ok. The layout is solid but has a lot of wear and tear.
