About
With over 200 courses in Palm Beach County, architect John Sandford knew he would have to create something special to get attention. At Madison Green Country Club he did just that, creating a unique course that combines many of the best features from local courses, with a few surprises all its own.
Over a thousand palm trees line the course as do over 100 bunkers and 42 acres of shimmering lakes.
One very interesting aspect of the design is that not only does the course get longer as you move back in tees, but the shot angles also get increasingly challenging. This means that the good player not only has further to hit but must also place the ball more accurately on the fairway in order to set himself up for his next shot.
A young teen, his father, his mother and even his grandfather playing together from four different sets of tees will all experience a fair challenge for their respective games that still remains enjoyable!

Golf ⛳️
Prior to the round our expectations were we were going to have a good round on a challenging course. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the course conditions. There was crab grass everywhere and the fairways had little or no clean lies. It’s clear to see the course needs work to bring it back. Will not play here again until the conditions improve
What happened with this golf course
We played this golf course two years ago and we kept good memories. What our surprise to find this course in very bad condition.
Forgetful Round
From the ratty fairways to the unven and spotty greens to the traps filled with something hard and crusty unlike any sand on this planet the course has gone from just okay to a waste of tme and money.
Good Value
Fairways could use watering
Greens need some work, minimal patches and hard to read because they were quite fast
Still a good value in comparison to other courses in the area.
Disappointing
Tee times ran late. Greens in terrible shape
Nice challenging layout and friendly staff, but expected batter conditions for the price.

Fairways are in bad shape, greens are not much better.
It,s a shame they don,t seem to care about the present conditions......
Nicely improved from 2024
Greens were excellent; fast and true. Sand is good. Fairways were good. Only complaint was no drink cart operating after 1pm on a HOT day.
Not Worth it!
Hadn't played course this year, but it hasn't been maintained. Lots of bare spots on every fairway, uneven and bumpy greens, and who knows what was in the bunkers - crusty, hard, and brown and surely isn't sand.
Overall the course is not in good condition
Course is not in good condition. The only acceptable condition are the tees off.
Slow play poor conditions
The front 9 took 2:45 to play. Call clubhouse and they said go to one no one there. Not true we then went to clubhouse and got a rain check. Not sure I will ever use. Course was wet, greens and tee boxes poor condition
Slowest round ever
Second time playing this course after seven years. Friendly staff, and extremely clean and inviting facility & proshop . The course has a difficult but strategic layout. Definitely playable with discipline. The greens I would give an overall 6.5 out of 10. A tad bit slow compared to other courses in the area with some bare spots. Fairways were patchy and tee boxes were just ok. I would still recommend the course, but I don’t feel the conditions was worth $100 that I spent.
