Rancho Park Par - 3 Golf Course

Great course for practicing your short game control.

Good course for new golfers and/or experienced players trying to improve short game. Greens are usually in good condition, however people are inconsiderate and do not repair divots. Some muddy areas from over watering (or poor drainage). Some dirt patches, which make for poor lies around the greens.

My tee time was not on the schedule when we arrived. Kind of irritating to pay for this service to only be sweated/harassed by the cashier for not having a reservation.

Tees + greens are pretty well kept. Slight variations in the holes to keep it interesting and not boring like some other par 3s. It’s a tight course but a fun go to for a quick round

I enjoyed my morning on this short game course which got my day off to a good start. On first day at this course I had to look for Hole 8 and 9 as there isn't signage for them.

Look for beginner golfing in LA, I think Rancho is a great spot. If you are a good golfer, it’s a bit like mini-golf

So many toddlers and the starter wasn’t enforcing groups so pairs of 2 were taking forever. Took 3.5 hours to golf 9, par 3 holes

Family’s with kids taking 30+ minutes per hole; nobody at the park managing times, line of five groups waiting for each hole to finish. Couldn't get through 3 holes on a par three course. Soccer golf playing on the same holes as normal golfers. Madness. Won’t be coming back.

15 person build up at home 3. Old man let 12 people go for a tee time when no one showed up and ruined the day
