Good to sharpen your skills
It’s worth to play this course. Recommend to my friends play again.
Attitude and behavior problems with the management.
The manager, “Perez”, was very rude and unprofessional. Claimed that the GolfNow overbooked when there was no room for any round and got very nasty. Threatening to call the police, claiming that there was an unruly client. He pretended calling the police but I ended up calling the Woodland police department. They don’t seem to have the business with the GolfNow.
booked a t time on line a week in advance only to show up and be told I have no reservation
Always a pleasure playing Wild Wings
I golf here a couple of times a month, this time I brought three friends. The greens are always a little slow compared with local courses, but they run true. With wide open fairways and landing zones, Wild Wings is a very pleasant round for wayward hitters - but with some water and OB, you can't be too wayward. With an additional par 5 on each nine there's plenty of challenge in the length department too.
Finally, the staff are always super courteous, and go out of their way to accomodate players.
Fun course with casual, friendly golfers
9 hole community course long enough to get in a good round in a short time. Friendly staff and players good for beginners but challenging enough for scratch golfers
Plays easier than slope rating
The course was in fairly good shape. The greens were a little soft and spungy. The course seemed to play much easier than the slope rating. I shot a net 56. I played well but I can't say I played that well....haha.
Nice day for a good round of golf.
Good iron club practice course. Enjoyable and stress-free course.
Very Enjoyable Golf Layout - Nice Greens
I have played here about four times in 2020. Nice design layout. Greens are running smoothly and a nice speed. Excellent bite action on the greens. Greens look good too, especially being post-summer season. No burned out greens. Tee to green in excellent shape. Too bad it's not an 18-hole course. It would be 5-stars. The only thing the course needs is a "volunteer golf marshall corps" to keep pace of play moving. But the price cannot be beat. Outstanding value! Will come again.
Very nice
Had a great time playing with my son, who is nine years old. We were More than able to keep up with the pace of play which was a little bit slow. course was in really good condition. Greens are really soft and rolled true. Will be back!
Wildwings is a 9 hole course
Great 9 holes ... issues can arise when you return to play the same 9 holes again.
Perfect for the beginners and practice and still enjoyable.
Crowded being the weekend but still enjoyable thanks to the pro shop staff’s kind and helpful management style. My sister started playing three months ago and she totally enjoys learning and playing the game. Good practice course for me as well. The greens are very deceiving. If you treat the course as other 9 hole courses, you will not get a good score. The management needs to post a sign for the players who hit multiple shots to be considerate of the other players behind them and to limit their shots so that they will not slow down the game. Thanks.
